    Nice guys. Installation was very quick and seemed easy. However, they broke the hinge of he door on the cabinet over the microwave during installation. Noticed it after they left. I called installer right away. Said he would come back. Never did.

    Not happy that the unit tilts slightly forward causing door to remain in a fully open condition. I was able to use older model and leave it open a few inches with no problem.

    Rude inconsiderate. lacked knowledge re installation left without notifying me said they going to get some tools in truck had to go down to see if they were still here 30 min did not know electrical connection..THREE trips were made to install new and remove old unit . Neither was EVERitwas done with NO problem. And done. Finally called another outfit at MY own expense and it was done with no problems. NOTE I have TOTAL TECH ..nuff said

    The installers caused a gas leak in my home while doing the installation. I reached out to Geek Squad for help and was told it was not their fault since it was electrical. This was above the stove and the leak was discovered after they left. The installers told your field personnel that they smelled gas when they entered the home. That is not true. Gas smell was discovered shortly after they left. Your claim department also did not call me back to get the details. I’m very disappointed in geek squad. They were not interested in helping me, by sending someone out again or processing the claim.

    The installers were 2 1/2 hours late with no text,email or phone call I waited the entire day sitting around when I had others things I needed to get done. When they final came they said it wasn't there fault I spent $140 and it took them 8 minutes to do the job I spent over 3 hours on hold getting transferred around with customer service and finally when I speak with them they said the drivers should of called even if they are 15 min late I said I want my money back for the install and they said know and offered me a $75 gift card I refused and said I would never use best buy again. I have spent over $20,000 0ver the past few years and they have lost a loyal customer

    Bought a microwave and it was shipped to my house. I planned to install it myself but had some physical issues that made it impossible for me to do. Hired an appliance guy to do it. When he arrived and did the preliminary work and opened the carton the microwave had numerous dents. I Hadoop pay him $75 even though he did not install the device. I returned it to the store and they ordered a replacement and I arranged to have Best Buy do the installation this tine. I paid Best Buy $129 to install and the store manager refused to reimburse me for the $75 I had to pay to the first installer. The Gest Buy installers dud a good job but the whole deal cost me way more than it should have. Thanks Best B up for sending me a damaged product and creating expense for me.

    Terrible installation-beware of install company

    Delivery was made to replace unit that had a manufacturing defect. Checked installation after the installer left and discovered microwave was not installed properly and was only being held up by one side of the wall bracket. Called installation company and have yet to hear back after nearly a week. This was after being told they would get right back with me. Still waiting to have install corrected. This is after original scheduled day of delivery had to be rescheduled because delivery crew arrived 4.5 hours after their delivery window had closed.

    Installation from Innovatove Freigh System was horrible. They drilled unnecessary holes in my cabinets and walls and refused to use a measuring tape. The microwave was not level. They returned twice to correct and it still wasn't level. The first installer was combative and presented of excuses of why it wasn't level. The second time tge owner of the company came out and he couldn't level. It.

    Paid for installation for 4 new appliances, Best Buy team only ended up installing one of the units. Thought I was going to save myself some time, no such luck. At least I know that it will be installed correctly!

    They installed the microwave which they claimed was non-functional when they attempted to power it on. When another team arrived later to uninstall it we found that the mounting bolts had been completely stripped. They had to use bolt cutters to remove the microwave. It also appears they drilled an extra hole in the microwave to support it with another bolt after stripping the first one. They did not use the mounting hardware that came with the new microwave, but instead re-used the existing microwave's mount. It was not a perfect fit and was clearly bent in several places from having been used with the new microwave.

    Microwave has not been delivered, no communication between the warehouse and the installers and haulers, a appointments for haul and installation keep appearing and there's no microwave yet to install.

    did not hook up the exhaust properly ,call to reschedule installation was told i was wrong but would call back never did called the 800 number got reschedule they found it was not connected properly poor service from the installation crew

    Fan Ventilation system does not work

    I will have a Third Samsung Microwave oven installed on November 30th, 2016 because the Fan Ventilation system does not work. The installers must follow the step-by-step installation guide to adapt the Microwave blower for recirculation back into the room which is how I must use the vent system. They must also install the charcoal filter system which according to the user manual must be changed every 6 to 12 months. There is NO Charcoal Filter in the exhaust system. Samsung states that this is a very powerful yet extremely quite ventilation system. It is extremely Loud and it does not have any suction at all. Steam just covers the front of the microwave. I so hope the third one will be installed correctly if it is an installation problem. If It is a product defect it is a really big one!

    Microwave not centered properly installed to close to cabinet on one side causes the microwave to bend in on one side other side has 1/2 inch gap
