The men were great and knew exactly what they were doing. It took them no time to install and haul away.

Best Buy offered us the installation and we were expecting the same that Lowes employeé said: "we will send the technician, and after his/her evaluation, we will contact you and give the final price for installation"... Well, not, it was not what the Best Buy employeé said. He offered the installation, gave us a price, and it was not surprises. I strongly recommend Best Buy for appliances: same price than Lowes, but they do not charge for delivery if you pay installation. And the installation price was very competitive.

Great job. Let me know when they would arrive. Took care bringing the microwave into the house and taking to the kitchen. Took their time installing the microwave and made sure it was working prior to cleaning up any mess and leaving.

There were three gentlemen that came to install our new microwave they were polite very clean very professional and they took care of everything 100% on the installation would recommend

I got an out of the box microwave and it works great

After a month, we are very happy with the performance of this microwave. The light from the display is bright enough that we no longer need a "night light" in the kitchen. Works as promised. Unlike the (almost) identical model it replaced, I no longer could life it onto the wall bracket. The install team was punctual and fast.

These Guys came in and installed and took away my old microwave in record time. Polite and very professional. Wasn't worried in the least

My review is for the installation of an exchanged microwave, the first installation was done incorrectly. This second installation was correctly and professionally done. The installer was excellent and took his time to do it right.

Outstanding installers. Did the job effectively and efficiently, literally within 10 minutes. These two installers knew their stuff and were able to effortlessly swap out the old one and install the new one in its place.

When I was ordering the microwave I thought about installing it myself. Then I thought about how was I going to hold it up while inserting the bolts so I ordered the installation. Glad I did. I briefly watched them do the installation. It was a 2 person job. They were quick and professional. They had all the necessary tools and demonstrated they had experience in installations.

Team called prior to arrival to validate the install of microwave. These are sub contractors, so they had to call Best Buy to determine where appliance was. On site professional and courteous. Quickly removed old appliance, installed mounting bracket, tested appliance. I prepped space with pads and covers over things i did not want potentially scratched or damaged. Minor clean up I took care of. Very happy with service.

There were 3 people for one Microwave. They were really nice, but didn't notice that when they installed it, it was not level. I didn't really notice until they were already gone. The back was higher than the front. It's something that I can not unsee. Again, they were very nice, however would have liked to see a bit more attention to detail.

The crew that installed my microwave were efficient and courteous, There we're three guys one was the lead and was basically training the others how to install different microwaves. I was originally given a window for arrival of noon to 8pm. Later it was updated to noon to 3pm. They arrived just after noon and were perfectly completed in less than a half hour. Thanks

I love my new microwave. It works great and is just what I was looking for in my new kitchen. When it was first installed it came slightly damaged. They installed the damaged microwave to use until a new one came in and they changed it out. I appreciated their professionalism.

Despite the nearly entire day waiting for my installation, the installers were polite and efficient
