    Third Party Installers need some coaching

    While the scheduling etc. went hassle free, the third party installers did not have a professional attitude.

    The installers of my microwave did not install the grease filters and disposed of them when they hauled off my old microwave. How do I get these replaced???

    When i bought a open box microwave the tag attached has a spot for "missing parts" which none were listed. would you believe that not only did i not have the bolts to install microwave but they also gave me the wrong bracket. When Kyle was confronted with previous problem he stated the open box items are said as is, that may be true but if there is a spot for missing parts to be listed and there ARE NONE LISTED you assume all parts are there, little lone when the appliance guys give you the wrong bracket.

    The microwave they brought and installed had a broken handle. Since the installation is through a third party it has been an absolute nightmare trying to get it replaced. So far we've had three scheduled visits that got canceled at the last minute. Now waiting for the next appointment at the end of November!

    Dissatisfied with BB Geek Squad Service. Replacement product to be installed arrived damaged and was taken away by installers and original product left needing repair. Have called GS many times and still waiting for a callback to reschedule another replacement. Each time I call a different excuse. No follow through on commitments made.

    Paid $199 for Totaltech membership since it covered install of appliances. Postponed installation in order to make sure all cabinetry and electrical and plumbing was complete. Since it was not an easy install, installers said they couldn’t do it. So we just did it ourselves.

    After a lot of back and forward with BestBuy with the purchase of a microwave, I was able to get it refunded and purchased another one, which I installed myself. The first one never came, I waited and waited and nobody told me that the item was back ordered. BestBuy charged me the installation. It shows as complete even though nobody showed up. The charge is still in my credit card. Be careful when purchasing appliances as nobody at the store can help you fix the problem.

    Unfortunately the installation team forgot to leave the part we need in order to vent out microwave, and it has been a wild goose chase to try to get the correct part afterwards. I wish I could give this a better review, but it has really messed up our ability to use the microwave and over the range vent.

    I had ordered a new over the range microwave to replace the one I currently had. Installers just showed up at my house without calling me and letting me know that they were coming. When the installers installed the microwave they informed me that it had no power and will not turn on. Installers failed to take the defective microwave back to Best Buy and left my house knowing the microwave was defective and not working. I was left with no working microwave.

    i called and requested the "total tech" support to send someone to install and INSTRUCT how to use the convection air fryer broiler oven - they barely spoke English and offered to do nothing more that put it on the shelf and plug it in - i could do AMAZON for less aggrivation
