Installer was horrible and lost the knob to our gas stove in the process. Didn’t hang the microwave all the way on bracket and had to come back out to fix. Will never buy another appliance from Best Buy again.

Initial oven didn't work after installation and the replacement oven has now no longer heating after less than a year and a half.

The techs were not helpful in installing our microwave. We ended up doing the job ourselves!

Prepaid for installation. Two men started to install for outside venting. Said they needed $60 for the square to round boot in order to install micro. Was told this item could be bought at Lowe's or Home Depot for $4 to $5. Installer said . Well if you want to go buy it yourself, we can reschedule your reinstall. (Not nice ) This was already reported to the Henderson store where our purchase was made.

These guy have no clue of that they are doing . They have been at my home 2 times and comming back for a 3 time to get job wright me and my wife do not want them in the house but we will see if third time is a charm. We will not buy from bestbuy agen

If I knew the process would go through an installer not employed by Best Buy, I would not have bought my appliances at Best Buy. Installation was late and not professional. Very disappointed in this process. I WILL NOT BUY APPLIANCES again at Best Buy due to this. Very bad experience. Poor help from Best Buy when I had to reschedule appointment for installation because technician was 1+hr late.

Hired Best Buy to install the new model to replace the old microwave. The installer took one look and said they could not do the work because the old model was direct wired. Said I needed to hire an electrician to install a plug. So I did that but when the electrician came, we found once we removed the old model, it already had the plug. So I got to pay $150 to have an electrician help me take the microwave off the wall

The installers seem to be ill prepared with the knowledge to install the products

I never got the services called up Best Buy agent ment will raise refund request will be done in 24-48 hrs never got my refund back neither the service. And on top of that it men service completed who and where provided the service. Don’t hire services they will come after your money and not the services.

the representative did a great job but left just on the floor and counter.my son had to clean it up

Crew showed up to deliver, refused to install because they had a busy day. Despite paying for it. Had to install stove my self, microwave is still in a box waiting despite 3 weeks passing.

I purchased the Kitchenaid microwave oven and trim kit in mid December. I also scheduled an installation right after Christmas. No one came to install. I rescheduled for a week later, no one came. I rescheduled again, no one came again. No one at Best buy called to apologize for the inconvenience.

These delivery drivers came and dropped it off and just said "the outlet needs to be over here not over there" then left the huge microwave in the box on my floor and marked the installation as completed. And they have still not issued my refund weeks later after saying they would

Review of install not the product. Horrible installation- had issues with initial fit due to lack of zero clearance so cut the cabinet and the installer today said he’d put it up but wasn’t moving it or taking it down. Loved my purchasing experience at Best Buy and the Geek Squad but horrible experience with MN Plumbing on the install.

The door on my unit isn't flush and another installer advised me it's because of it not being installed correctly...

They didn't install. Said they couldn't and told me to higher a handy man or you tube it. Guy seemed in a hurry. What he claimed needed to be done to install it was not true. Also said he didn't have the tools to do it. I'd ont know why you wouldn't have the tools to do specifically what your job is. Handy man put it right up

Poor install job - Microwave was not secure and installers did not pull cord all the way through which prevented microwave from being flush with top of counter. I had to pay to have another installer re-install.

The installer who put my over the range microwave in left saw dust all over my counters. The only attempt he made to clean it up was trying to blow it on the floor using his mouth. He was a large man who struggle to get up and down the stairs of my split foyer to the point I had to carry his atep latter in because he was out of breath and looked like he was going to have a heart attack

We never had the unit installed, but that being said, the installers sent out were awesome!

I was disappointed to find that they made an unnecessary hole in my cabinet during installation.
