Installed the first time should not have happened. To close to a gas stove and cross threaded the screw into the microwave. When I took it down, I moved the cabinet up and tried to reinstall it to find out the screws were all mess up, had to call to get it replaced. Both times an owner’s manual was not left. Not the easiest to work without one

Left nuts and bolts on the counter and I had to clean up the saw dust.

They left a package of screws and an extra panel. It works fine but kinda buzzes. I'll need to call them back to re-look.

item came defective,they did not install it,waiting over 3 weeks for a new one,Best Buy should have loaned me a new one, instead I had to buy a cheap one. STILL WAITING

I was supposed to get a new microwave to replace the new one that came defective. All I got was the second person to look at it and say.... "We need to get you a new one, this can't be fixed". Now I wait until some time in April.

Geek squad couldnt fix it. Samsung took 3 attempts and finally got it right. Then the management changed their mind about " making it right". So much for an open box in excellent shape.

Technician was inable to perform installation. He told me to hire a handyman and started to leave. I stopped him and told him I paid a fee for him to install it. He said he couldn't do it. I had him take the item with him and canceled the purchase. Rate you 0 stars

I have not yet received the correct product. I am super mad. Every time I call to schedule the installation of the correct product, Best Buy will keep me on the line forever. Don’t know what to do!

The microwave that I purchased on 11/25/24 has yet to be delivered and installed.

Don’t think it was hooked up efficiently. I will have to hire some one to fix the job.

Not the best job. they did install it. BUT scratched our wood floor, saw dust all over the place when i turned on the vent,

Showed up over 45 min late. Didn't have the proper tools to remove and install the new microwave. Had to use my tools. Also had to use my step stool to install. Had an issue and the management at Bust Buy local store was Horrible in dealing with it and I had to get corporate to handle it. DO NOT LET THEM try to install anything they have to drill into your cabinets.

This was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have EVER had with a company. I have never been given a follow up call, DESPITE leaving over 20 messages with "Pedro" (corporate.)

Service schedule kept changing and hard to keep up!

Didn’t communicate. The guys rushed in, appeared to hate what they do for a living. In a hurry to get out fast. broke my under counter lighting which I expect to have Best Buy repair. Who do I contact?

We were told the range and microwave would be installed on same date. That was not the case and we had to reschedule tile installation l. The microwave was not installed level. The door swings open and hits the adjacent cabinet. Installers were not very qualified.

They dropped it off and didn’t do the job I paid for. Unprofessional

Turned on surface burners and almost started a fire - scratched the glass top stove.

Inatallltion was supposed to be free. They said there was a problem with the cabinets. I had to pay a handyman $ 150 to install. He had NO PROBLEM installing. Free inatallation.... what a scam!!
