Never installed charcoal filter

Not happy.

Terrible Customer Service

I finally gave up and had it delivered and hired my own installer. I have had no proof presented to me that the installation charged was refunded and I am almost sure that the haul away charge has not been refunded.

It took three weeks for another unit to be delivered and installed by Geek squad. Unit did not work and we have to wait another three weeks for another to be delivered and installed. Overall experience is horrendous.

Microwave Install

Installers said they had to remove trim around cabinets; however, I believe had they mounted the bottom mount properly, all would have been fine.

This means that only essential or legally required paperwork is included and in many instances the manual is included as a digital copy. However, in some instances reaching out to the manufacturer and requesting a copy will prove successful.

Installer wouldn't install

We've had 3 different microwaves in this spot and never needed a cabinet before. I then paid a private electrician to install and he didn't need the cabinet either. Very disappointed.

Cracked backsplash

Said it's never happened before and he probably over-torqued the powerdriver during screw install. For someone who probably does at least 100 of these a year, you would think they would know the Corian isn't solid inside. Filed a claim - still awaiting action by the installer company.

I"m talking about the hole in the bottom of the cabinet that the microwave vents through. so sad !!! If you can't do the whole install then don't offer the install.

This service included connecting the microwave to existing venting or duct work, but does not include modification of existing cabinetry. I apologize if the sales person you worked with did not let you know this. Thanks for letting us know. This will help us provide better service in the future.

Bad installation
