Despite that microwave that I bought through Best Buy was installed by my handyman who told me that microwave wasn’t new, had some small damage and was missing instructions. I called Best Buy and explained that I bought microwave as a new item and in reality it isn’t. Best Buy recognized their mistake and provided me not only with replacement but also with installer, He came on time and despite some hard time of securing/installing microwave. a lots of sweat, he did it. I appreciate professionalism, hard work and the way Best Buy handle the problem!

Since we were so happy with the Samsung double oven, we chose a Samsung microwave that matched the oven perfectly. We also had the best two installers that impressed us from start to finish. They arrived at 7:00 AM and finished at 7:30 AM. They should be recognized for excellence in workmanship also. Thank you.

My review is for the installation of an exchanged microwave, the first installation was done incorrectly. This second installation was correctly and professionally done. The installer was excellent and took his time to do it right.

install appears to be well-done. Being elderly we could not do it ourselves.

I love this microwave! It has features I haven't tried yet. I'm pleased with this purchase.

Was pretty upset with how things were dealt with by the Lone Star appliance third party company. Best Buy described how COVID precautions would be taken and that the company would call a day prior to narrow down the time frame for installation. They called but the time frame was 7 AM to 1 PM and they couldn’t narrow it down when asked. When they arrived, there were no masks or COVID safety precautions taken. They didn’t wear booties or protect my floor as Best Buy said they would! I asked them if they could wear disposable booties and they asked me if I had any (obviously I don’t). When they left, my hardwood floor was scuffed, dusty, and permanently damaged (I can’t clean off their marks). The installation itself was very quick (~ 20 minutes in and out). It was installed with the door frame not totally flushed (looked slightly lopsided) too. They were friendly overall but not professional. They didn’t pick up my calls after the visit when I wanted to ask if they could come and fix the door frame.

I must give Best Buy great credit their geek squad install team was exceptionally courteous and very attentive to any mess and noise and did an exceptional job

Excellent scheduling and service. I was advised they would do installation only a couple days after purchase...VERY good news! Other stores were quoting up to two weeks! Got a call when they were on their way. Installers were very cordial and careful when removing the old microwave. Installation was done quickly and expertly. Was given instructions on use, clean up was done and they left. GREAT SERVICE! Total Tech Support is well worth it!

We purchased a Samsung Microwave approximately 4 years ago along with the 5 year protection from the Geek squad. From one day to the next, our microwave stopped working. I called the Geek Squad and after a couple of individual calls, they ended up crediting me back the original price and I was able to go in to the store and get an upgrade from the original for a minor difference in price. They came out a couple of days later and delivered/installed, and picked up/removed the old one in less than 30 minutes. Everything worked out great and I am covered for another 5 years.

Installation went great. They had the old one out and the new one in record time. They made sure it worked and checked the light and the fan. It was also nice they set the clock. Very personable installers. I highly recommend.

My microwave fit perfectly. The installation was done properly and professionally. The technician covered my stove so debris would fall on my appliances and the floor.
