Disappointing botched installation for over the range Microwave. Got help from home Depot to properly install the vent and finish what they were supposed to do.

You postponed the install twice The third time you schedule it my building didn't allow deliveries. So I finally had to got pick it up an pay someone else to install.

they installed it wrong, my cousin was visiting me yesterday and he found out that ur team did it wrong. i need someone to come to install it correct

if your installation conditions and placement aren't perfect then the installer cant do a thing. *sarcasm* Make sure the outlet is faceing magnetic north as well.

We thought we bought the Best Microwave and paid for the professional installation. The door wont open but part ways. We have reached out to the store and the so called Geek Squad and cant seem to get anywhere.

Horrible experience, the only saving point was the Total Tech Support from Jeremy. Without him i would have canceled everything.

The installers left without installing it. They were terrible. I got a refund.

It hasn’t been installed yet. It’s scheduled to be installed on September 21. Please send survey after that date.

Not installed. Received damaged. New & different unit installed at a later date.

My microwave was installed at an angle and they dented the side of the microwave that can be seen. I of course will be receiving a new one, however it is on back order so will be a 6 week wait.

had date for installation which was 2 weeks after new one was delivered. Had to remove old one myself and install the new one.

Worst experience of my life. I was re-schedule five times for delivery and installation and never showed up. Lost of money and time!

They were unable to install the microwave. They tried a couple of times. I ended up having a neighbor and my boyfriend install it for me.

Never showed. Two different days, different deliveries and installs. Terrible. One of the most disappointing appliance purchases and installs I’ve had.

Waited weeks for this item to be delivered and installed. The installer said no work. Item returned. Total waste of time. I am very disappointed in Best Buy.

Delivery Service did not install. Claimed they could not get old microwave out to install new one. Very poor service and very disappointed. Very incompetent!

The installers put in the microwave in a timely manner but failed to notice that the microwave did not fit properly in the space provided. I had to return & replace this item with a different model.

Not satisfied with the install work through Tech Support.
