Bought an over the range microwave. Installers brought it in and then measured the place where it goes in. Unfortunately the door was opening outside and that takes more width and it would not fit. So they took it back. I ordered another one and they brought the second one and installed it cleanly and explained about how to use it. I am very happy.

Best Buy install has been a great experience for many appliances and TVs this year. Can not say enough how nice everyone was on every delivery install. Very efficient and knowledgeable, kept informed on timing before arrival and in every case very helpful, explained well and did everything needed for use of product.

I ordered a G.E. Microwave on line for over the counter. Also ordered the professional installation of said Unit. All went very smoothly. I want to say a little about the installation. The installer showed up on time wearing gloves and mask. I believe his name was Anthony, and he impressed me with how he took out the old unit and in how easily he put in the new unit. 5 Stars to Anthony.

Installation went great. They had the old one out and the new one in record time. They made sure it worked and checked the light and the fan. It was also nice they set the clock. Very personable installers. I highly recommend.

Every thing went well. Minor adjustments made to create new holes to hang new microwave. Well done and quick!

Arrived a bit ahead of schedule, quickly removed old microwave and had the new one working in about 15 minutes. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and respectful of property.

I love my new microwave. It works great and is just what I was looking for in my new kitchen. When it was first installed it came slightly damaged. They installed the damaged microwave to use until a new one came in and they changed it out. I appreciated their professionalism.

The actual installation of the replacement microwave was great. The issue was the 3 weeks wait and the 5 phone calls to the Geek Squad to get the service scheduled. The process was confusing and even though most of the call center staff was very nice, it was frustrating to have to request the replacement three times before it was resolved. Glad we have total tech support.

The technician was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable! I took him no time at all to get our microwave and external exhaust working perfectly. Thank you AYS and so glad to have Total Tech coverage.

Our installer arrived at the door with the microwave and all the tools he needed to complete the removal of our old microwave and this installation. He came in, and was very polite in explaining what he would be doing. He proceeded to take down the old one and install the new one, and completely clean up in about 20 minutes. I would have still been looking at the directions!! It was well worth the money for the professional installation.

They did a good job installing the microwave. Installation went very fast. The men were very nice, and did not upset my kitchen.

The only issue I like to address is they did not leave me instructions on the oven or the microwave. And the men did not really show me how to operate either the oven or the microwave.

Installation was great - company contracted communicated well - was on time and quick. I was surprised at how much Best Buy charged for the delivery and install - thought it would be included with the purchase since we have a tech membership and the installation and delivery for our washer and dishwasher was included with purchase. Cost to deliver and install this microwave was almost as much as the microwave itself.
