2 Guys came out and did a excellent install. 1 gentleman was in training i was told. He made sure the exhaust fitting was tight and sealed. Plus they were very polite and funny. Explained each step very professional

Sales personnel failed to write down pick up and take away old microwave. Had to wait for service personnel to get approval and pay separately.

Nice job installing my over the range GE microwave oven Model JVM3160RF8SS, but failed to put the two grease filters in the bottom. I didn't notice they were missing until the installers had left and they took the box containing the 'extra' parts and trash with them. I contacted the store immediately and was told someone would call me back within 3 hours. It's been over 5 hours and no call back. I priced the original grease filters on GE Appliances and they are $58.40 for one. I am holding out hope that they will locate these filters and return to me or reimburse me $116.80.
