Great quality Micro wave! I think it will last forever. I had it for 8 years now, never had issues with it.

It only took 15 minutes to install the new microwave

The contractors worked very efficiently . They were polite and congenial. The installment went perfectly, The Whirlpool Microwve is beautiful, sturdy and simple.

I am giving this an average review because when I got home after it had been installed it saw that it had 2 dents in it. They are not huge, but I did not get this on sale so I paid a sum of money. I am not sure if the Microwave came with the dents or if they happened with installation, so I will give a remark on that review as well.

The two installers for my microwave were very polite and very efficient. Same goes for the installation of my washer and dryer. Very very pleased with installation.

Delivery and installation drops rating. Delivery fine. Tech would not install because old one wired directly. Said if they could not complete one part of the installation they could not do any part. This old guy had to do it myself! I suspect they will pull the same copout when they deliver our new dishwasher which is wired directly.

installation was on time, fast. Kitchen area was left neat and clean. Installers were friendly.

The first appliance, the microwave, that I purchased was delivered. It was hard to get a weekday appointment after 2:30 pm, and they do not deliver on weekends. The repairman worked on it for two hours. He said it was worse off than when he arrived. Then had to order parts, and then said it is really hard to get parts. I went through Thanksgiving and Christmas with no microwave. A total of three months. I ended up returning the microwave.

The guys that came out to install was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job and wsd quick with the installation
