    Absolutely horrible, horrible, horrible. They rescheduled us three different times. Never offering to waive the install fee. It took us 3 months to get out microwave all because of Best Buy and their delivery team.

    I wish I had just hired someone off Task Rabbit. I have waited around all day to find out my installation tech would only install the microwave portion of my combo Microwave/rangehood. On top of this, there was zero communication between Best Buy and the installation company. My original service window of 8:30am - 11:30am passed. I spent an hour on the phone waiting for a Best Buy representative who then palmed me off onto the installation company. Who told me Best Buy didn’t actually tell them the microwave/rangehood had already been delivered. So they rescheduled me for 3:30om to 6:30pm. This has been an all day ordeal and I still don’t have a working rangehood. I wish there was an option below one star.
