The whole experience was great . My microwave needed a control panel . G E wanted $240.00 for part . Decided to replace and add convection oven to the microwave . I'm so glad I let them do the install . Even though it fit It was a 1/2" shorter and at least 20lbs. heavier . I would have had problems . For now on I will always use installer . Not as brave as I used to be.

The technician was fast and efficient. I was working from home upstairs while he completed the installation downstairs in the kitchen. My husband was with him incase any issues arouse, but everything went smoothly. The technician was professional and polite. He hauled away our old microwave. We haven't experienced any issues with the new one.

the installers were very professional and very helpful. I appreciated both their professionalism as well as their willingness to explain stuff to me properly vis a vis how to use the new equipment . The fact that your people come to our home and are so gracious and polite is rare and very much appreciated

Installation was great - company contracted communicated well - was on time and quick. I was surprised at how much Best Buy charged for the delivery and install - thought it would be included with the purchase since we have a tech membership and the installation and delivery for our washer and dishwasher was included with purchase. Cost to deliver and install this microwave was almost as much as the microwave itself.

The technician from ABC that came to install was professional caring and took time to explain. He went above and beyond to help with what I asked of him. He also installed with such knowledge and precision. Wonderful young man.

Fast and professional installation, the technician was very knowledgeable

I was thrilled with the Best Buy installer who handled this, Juan Carly. He was very friendly, respectful, knowledgable, and prompt with his communication. He installed the microwave quickly and efficiently and I could not be more happy with his service!

The installer arrived on time. Due to the fact that it was replacing a similar oven the installation went lighting fast. Completed in less then 30 minutes!

2 guys delivered all four appliances and installed our microwave in a giffy. They knew what they were doing.

It was so nice to have two people that knew what and how to do the removal and install quick and the right way! They did an excellent job! I love the new Microwave they installed!

GREAT Microwave. I originally bought on Samsung.com, the one they sent me (w/ delivery guys) was defective - They couldn't get me another one for 9 weeks! I ended up going onto bestbuy.com and bought a higher end model (this one) w/ delivery & installation - basically the same price and MUCH quicker and better customer service than samsung.com

No doubt we would trust bestbuy to install our new appliances! Very careful and trusted work

The delivery was right on schedule, they guys had the old microwave out and the new one installed really quick, made sure it worked and went through the features of it. Very professional & friendly

Thought I would do the installation myself. Became more complex than I wanted to tackle. Installer came as promised. Was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and FAST. Installation was completed quickly and microwave is functioning properly. Extremely satisfied.

While the product is working well, I can’t say enough about how wonderfully the installation and haul off went. The service technician was the very picture of efficiency and care. I strongly recommend the install/haul away for any large kitchen appliance.
