After the first microwave was dented & installed incorrectly, the 2nd pair of guys came with a new microwave, uninstalled the damaged one & correctly installed the new one. Yay! Best Buy quickly made certain that this customer was satisfied with their product & service.

The installers were very professional. They showed up on time and when they finished, they cleaned up their area. They tested the microwave to make sure that it worked properly. They were respectful to speak with and you could tell that they had done this before - they had a system and were done in no time.

best ever, very quick and well done. They were a couple from Tennessee. They were on time came in installed the microwave and cleaned up after they were done. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes

1000 Watt microwave from KitchenAid. Great looking microwave. We had a recurring problem on our new MW after closing the door and enabling the MW to begin heating. We would receive a message requiring us to open, close the door and press "start" a second time before unit would initiate heating. Service tech had to replace parts two times before problem was resolved. KitchenAid makes a good product but should research this problem. Aside from this issue MW performs well.

The install was painless and efficient. The technicians took their time and ensured that everything was running properly before leaving the service call.

The Geek Squad team that came to install a whole kitchen of new appliances was without question the BEST we've ever had from Best Buy. We bought some other hardware from Lowe's and the difference was beyond night and day. From here forward, BB/GS for everything. Cool guys. Elite-level skills. Whatever they're being paid, it should probably be 2x or 3x.

I purchased a new GE, over the range Microwave and had it installed buy Best Buy Geek Squad. They called prior to arriving they were on-time, they put on the protective over the shoes gear when entering our home the installation was completed without any problems and in a timely manner they tested the Microwave to make sure it was functioning properly and answered our questions to the best of there knowledge, I would use there services again for other projects.

Guys called when they were on the way. They arrived in the window time that was scheduled. Fast work and done right the first time.

This was the second install for the microwave. First one had installation problems due to a manufacture defect. The second install went fine, with the Tech explaining as he did the work. He discussed some of the problems with installing the microwave including bolt thread concerns. Sure enough one of the bolts would not go in. He was able to use one that was on the MV that he had just uninstalled.

The crew came at 8:00 p.m. and were not able to finish installing all the appliances so had to come back another day.

The installation was done quickly and professionally by skilled experts. They were very helpful with explaining the microwave and cleaned up everything before leaving.

The guys showed up on time to deliver and did the installation very efficiently within a few minutes that included testing out the new microwave before leaving. Only other observation was that the cleanup after installation could have been a little better but overall they did a very good job.

Great Looking Microwave, I would recommend it to anyone!

The technician from ABC that came to install was professional caring and took time to explain. He went above and beyond to help with what I asked of him. He also installed with such knowledge and precision. Wonderful young man.

The Geek crew that installed my dishwasher and microwave were top notch! Efficient , careful and wonderful to deal with. Wiped everything down after install. Others were not so great.. the washer dryer install took almost as long as the DW+Micro! And they scratched the washer and used the cheep ( wrong) connections instead of stainless The Frig delivery team wasn’t much better. Clearly had no idea how to put the Frig together & left finger marks everywhere.

I was shocked at the terrific service we received from the installers who installed a double oven with cabinet modifications, microwave install, and fridge. They even hauled off our old double oven. The installers kept the integrity of the original kitchen cabinetry, and cleaned up all the mess. They made sure I knew how to operate all they appliances and were thorough and very knowledgeable. Great experience! I would use again.
