I love my microwave !! It works quite and it looks expensive over my range!!!

Love my new microwave and they installed it without me having to do anything but open the front door

We were delighted to learn our Geek Squad membership included free installation of the microwave we purchased. The installation was quick, clean, and efficient. We are very happy, and appreciate the excellent customer service.

There were 2 installers. They came prepared with what they needed and worked quickly, removing the old microwave first and then installing the new one. The entire process took maybe 30 minutes.

New over the range microwave was installed in the former position of the original microwave without any issues. The only negatives was the installers needed to clean-up (vacuum) after the install and that was not done.

Really good job, clean & professional. On Time. Installers were very courteous & friendly.

This installation was flawless. The came within the timeframe I was given. They called to tell me they were on their way. Polite, professional and done in 30 minutes.

It is quite and has a large inside. Looks great. Large easy number you can see.

We are happy with the operation of this microwave except we can't figure out how to get an end of cooking signal from it. Some of the trim is poorly attached and has sharp edges. OK, this is supposed to be about the installation. It took two visits from a subcontractor ream (two sets of different installers) to get the fan to exhaust into the duct work that vents the fan outside. The first installers told us "that's as good as it gets" or "call Best Buy" when it didn't work. The second team got it just right. They realized that the damper from the microwave wasn't opening into the duct. Also they needed to switch some of the vent covers that convert the unit from recirculating to exhaust. It was an immediate fix, It was frustrating and concerning that we had to have two more people in the house during Covid. The ratings below are difficult to assign because the quality, value and ease of use were all low for the first install, but high for the follow-up by a different team.

We purchased this Over-the Range Microwave Oven a little after we moved into a condo. The installation went perfectly well. The delivery and technician folks were very professional and friendly. We have not had a problem since the installation and the microwave works great.

Installation was excellent. My issue was i understood delivery was included in the cost of installation, but the delivery charge was added. Had i known, i would have picked it up when i was at the store

The installers arrived on time and finished up quickly. No mess, no fuss. The only issue was the initial 12hr window provided when ordering the installation.

Jake installed a new LG Over-Range Microwave with superior customer service and made effort look easy. Had to remove old striped mounting bracket screws and did so effortlessly with surgical precision. Very impressed with friendly customer approach, complete regard to COVID safety, and provided excellent customer orientation to new unit.

The best buy installation was quick and they were in and out in less than 15 minutes. They made sure the microwave was working before they left and they cleaned up and I was impressed with the service they performed.

Gil did a great job with the install. He was communicative about arrival time, on time, cleaned up and is obviously very knowledgeable about what he does. He was a pleasure to work with!

The 2 gentlemen that provided our deliver and install of the new microwave and haul away of the old microwave were the best!! They were competent, friendly and answered our questions. We couldn't have asked for more.

The installation went very smoothly. The installers were efficient, COVID19 safe and fast. They answered all of my questions and most importantly, they cleaned up before they left. One concern is that Best Buy doesn’t take the old microwave away immediately, now I have to wait fir a call from someone who will pick it up.

Had no problem having our microwave installed. I could just wish that it was installed a little bit earlier than it was possible on the possible dates. I understand that they are still under staff but overall great.
