Really impressed with the install team that showed up to our home, We purchased a fridge, dish washer, gas stove and microwave, the team removed, installed and hauled away the old in just around an hour, Very courteous and professional team. Well worth the extra dollars to pay for the install, it would have took me an easy 3 to 4 hours crawling around to get this done.

A little simpler than some to operate, the unit performs very well and is quieter than most.

The two brothers that installed mine were excellent. Very thorough and professional. Best Buy is lucky to have the guys represent their business.

This was a very professional installation. The only hiccup turned out to be nothing. The installer cautioned us that he might not be able to install the microwave because we had a tile backsplash. Our initial reaction was outrage that nothing had been said about this earlier in the process. However, the microwave fit perfectly, even though the size dimensions were different that the previous microwave.

Team Luis was awesome! They were on time, professional and detailed. They made sure everything was working correctly and that I understood how to operate the microwave.

The company Best Buy used to install the microwave / range hood did a good job. Some custom work was necessary because of the location of our backsplash tiles (halfway up the wall but not all the way). The contractor waited while I went to the store to buy a plywood piece and put it in for me so that the microwave could be attached to an even surface.

The install crew was amazing, they were fast, clean and very helpful. They picked up after the install and answered some questions regarding the unit. Very helpful and would highly recommend.

Installation technicians were friendly and efficient. They installed our range microwave and dishwasher. They even gave us recommendations for how we can improve lines under our sink. They were professional and cleaned up any mess. Very pleased with them.

The two pros who handled the micro installation were exceptional. They made quick work out of a relatively difficult job. Both worked quickly but professionally and always took great care to ensure there was no collateral damage to the cabinets. They were great. I considered doing this job myself as I am somewhat handy but those who do this work routinely are best positioned to handle the installations.

The first one I bought was defective, the LCD screen readout would go in and out and display random characters but Best Buy quickly replaced the unit at no cost. Have been using the 2nd unit about a month and it is working out great! Lots of space, heats food evenly, and more functions and features than one could ask for. Looks great installed and matches other Samsung stainless appliances perfectly!

The workman did a great job, were respectful of my home and area surrounding installation. They checked to make sure all was working, cleaned up and left in a very short time. No complaints at all!

Louie & Ramon are the ones who did my install. They were quite efficient and very knowledgeable! They did an awesome job. Louie quickly pointed out a defect on the microwave finish as the film was being removed and I contacted Pacific Sales immediately so we could schedule another delivery for one that did not have the flaw in the finish. Hoping I will get the same guys as they were really great!

The install was fast and I love my new GE. microwave my last one was a sears brand not so good. so I bought this at Best BUY and they have the Best prices on all there products and that's hard to beat.

The installer did an excellent job. He was polite and went out of his way to not leave a mess. I am very pleased with the service.

This was long delayed due to the Corona virus. So my old one sat in my table for two months instead of five days. Quite the space hog Had difficulty with the phone Apt set up. Kept getting conflicting emails too Then after the installation we kept getting more auto calls to set up apt. But the installation itself went very well
