Very pleased with the touch and feel of the keys and the look of the microwave. Even more pleased with the ease of installation. They came in, removed the old microwave and installed the new one with the install kit in 30 minutes. Did not make a mess in my home or track in mud! Extremely polite too! Wished I would have bought all of my appliances now with BB.

We had purchased an new over the range microwave. The installers were very quick. The techs were very neat and friendly. The total Tech program is worth every penny. Didn’t have to pay for a tech to come and look at the old microwave or have the new one installed.

The microwave is very nice and it works very well. There are certain things that it does not have or I cannot find it, such as keeping the night light on for a few hours and then the timer should shut otg

The two technicians did a great job installing our microwave. They were very courteous and professional. They explained all the features of the microwave and cleaned up the mess from making an adjustment to our backsplash to ensure a proper fit, and removing our old microwave. The one technician also installed our dishwasher a year ago and was just as professional and eficient.

This was my first experience with Best Buy delivery. Charles was on time and called multiple times to let me know he was en route. He got here and went right to work removing my old Microwave and installing the new one in record time. He took the time to work me through the new unit and even test it. Awesome service overall.

The 2 guys who did the work were friendly, efficient, and got it done in no time. They performed a test with water to ensure the microwave was working and venting correctly. And, they were friendly with our small dogs, which is always a plus for us.

The team delivered, removed old unit, installed a different brand and hauled old one away in a minimum of time. Less than one hour. Friendly and neatly.

The sub-contractor did a great job!!! Of the 3 installations that I had done through Best Buy, he was by far the best and most professional! He was also the only sub-contractor. The rest worked for Best Buy.

The installation of my new over the range microwave was almost over before it began! The technicians were so efficient that it seemed like all they did was pick up the microwave, fit it in the space and tighten a few screws and it was done! I was very impressed!!
