The delivery guys arrived on time and did an excellent job. They disconnected and removed the old microwave above the stove, put up a new bracket, and installed the new one. They were quick and clean. They also cleaned everything well and answered my questions politely. Definitely worth the money!

I was very pleased with the removal of my old microwave and the installation of the new one. The installer was very courteous, professional and experienced, and did his job well. Everything went on time, cleanly and smoothly. He also showed me how to use both the new microwave and the new oven, before he left. It couldn't have gone any better.

My installer communicated with me to inform me when he would be arriving. He removed and hauled off my old microwave. He installed the new one quickly and efficiently. He tested the new one to make sure that multiple functions worked. He protected the surrounding area during the removal and replacement, and he cleaned up the area upon completion.

This microwave has everything that I could want. The lighting is good, easy to use, nice appearance. Nice addition to any kitchen area and a good workhorse for families or people who like to entertain. The installation crew who came were in and out and did a fantastic job.

I cannot believe how fast the installation crew put up my over-the-range microwave. It looks amazing! And it was done so quickly! Jorge and Carlos are true professionals. These guys know what they are doing, period. I cannot say enough good things about the installation team that Best Buy has for their customers. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase and experience overall.

The Geek Squad install team was great. They knew what they were doing and answered all the questions I had. This was the second time I have had the Geek Squad install and appliance.

The technicians that installed the "over the stove" microwave were in and out in about fifteen minutes. They made no mess, were polite and cordial. Professional but with South Texas warmth.

The installation of my microwave was done quickly and easily by the installers. They were on time, communicative, and made sure to cover the range and surrounding area to capture the mess of removing my old microwave and installing the new one.

The new GE microwave was installed on day and time agreed upon. Installers were very professional and careful of cooktop and cabinets. Answered questions and checked to be sure oven operating as should.

Arrived as scheduled. 2 installers got the old one out and the new one in with little fuss. Kept things covered and safe. Cleaned up nicely after installation. Took all packaging and old microwave away. Good experience. Would recommend. Did in an hour what would have taken me all day! Installed 2/15/20.
