My previous microwave was installed by the former homeowner and not mounted properly which cause the door to become imbalanced and eventually break. The installation technician took the time to explain it to me and fix the mistake so that my new unit is installed properly and they also hooked it up to the vent and sealed it better than it was before which makes the fan more efficient. Finally - they were friendly, fast, and patient because when we realized the old one wasn’t properly installed and vented, resulting in a lot of built up grease behind it - they waited while I cleaned the walls instead of just putting it in on top of the dirt. This is the 2nd appliance this team installed for me this year and I always appreciate their work.

The two technicians did a great job installing our microwave. They were very courteous and professional. They explained all the features of the microwave and cleaned up the mess from making an adjustment to our backsplash to ensure a proper fit, and removing our old microwave. The one technician also installed our dishwasher a year ago and was just as professional and eficient.

This crew of 2 was both professional and skilled. their know how set me at ease as they went to work and worked with all the know-how anyone could ask for. They were masked and took my safety seriously. My surrounding cabinets and sinks and floors were treated with care and respect. Wonderful experience!

I was really amazed as I watched these 2 men remove the old microwave and install the new one. They were outstanding and I was greatly impressed.

the guys were efficient & quick, as well as polite. all told, i dont believe it took them more than half an hour or less to have the old one out & on the porch, and the new one in, hooked up and tested; ready to go...good job!

He Drilled the holes correctly for microwave to be installed. I had to drill a separate hole for wire to go up through cabinet above.

Works pretty nicely. One issue I have with it is that Samsung uses 2 halogen bulbs for the exterior lights and I wish they were LED. Also, the touchpad seems to be a bit quirky as if the overlay is off a little from.where you actually need to touch.

Installer was professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job of placing the microwave & stove in was very efficient.

It gives us extra piece of mind knowing that all of our purchases will automatically come with extended warranties (up to 24 mo.) because we purchased the Totaltech Membership, so far we're EXTREMELY happy with it and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Why we're "EXTREMELY" happy, because not only do we get extended warranties and a longer return window we also get free installation for our Best Buy purchases. Our membership covered the entire cost of installation of our new appliances (Electric Range & Over the Range Microwave Hood), plus installation of 4 TV's mounted on the wall, 3 soundbars also mounted on the wall under the TV's and we also had an in wall plug installed behind one of the TV's which hides the cords inside the wall. All the installers have arrived on time and have all been very professional - we HIGHLY recommend!

The two installers from XPO were great! They called when they were on their way, observed COVID precautions while in my home, and were super fast in removing my old microwave and installing the new one. They did a very professional job: fast, left no mess, and knew exactly what they were doing.

The installers were on time and extremely professional as they all have been when working with Best Buy's installers! They were also great about my curious dog! I kept him out of there way during the install, but were awesome with him when the installation was complete.

Roberto and Mario did an excellent job of installing the over the range Microwave. This was the best installation service we have experienced.

I upgraded my 8yr old LG microwave to the new LG version. I’m very please with the LG product and I will recommend it to anyone looking to buy a new over the range microwave. Some of the functions keys are different but it was very easy to use. Fits well with the rest of the LG products in my kitchen.

The Fridgidaire Gallery microwave's sleek design and sensory timing is a home run. I've had it for a few months and am solidly impressed.

The guy who came for installation was well knowledgeable. He gave few tips for effective operations based on the feedbacks and experience. installing was done smoothly, cleaning away, overhauling was seamless and appreciated.
