Great Machine. Great Install. This was replaced under BestBuy's 5-year service plan. Definitely paid for itself.

The tech did not show contact me until well past the end of the scheduled time. It was later discovered, that he had been overbooked and was running solo. The tech made every effort to arrive during the next convenient time for me and did a wonderful job. They were a 3rd party installation service, but I would demand they install my services in the future. Great job to them!

The installation of my microwave was done quickly and easily by the installers. They were on time, communicative, and made sure to cover the range and surrounding area to capture the mess of removing my old microwave and installing the new one.

Install, including removing the old microwave, changing the bracket and installing the new microwave was quick and efficient. Very nice clean job. Grateful for the professionalism.

Installation of an over the stove microwave. The Geek Squad guy who came out to install our new GE microwave knew exactly what he was dong and had the proper tools to get the job done quickly and properly. I had thought about installing it myself, but now I am glad he did it.

The best buy delivery tram did an excellent job. Personally, I feel they went above and beyond. He notified me early of the slight change in schedule and called again when he was nearby. He removed the old appliance and quite frankly did a better job than what was there.

The two Geek Squad workers took out my old over the range microwave and replaced it with my new one in twenty five minutes. boy was I greatful that I did not attempt the effort It makes a world of difference when the installer knows where everything should goes. all this still dressed to take on COVID-10.

The microwave installation was accomplished in a very timely manner. The installers were very professional and took their time to ensure I understood the product prior to leaving. They cleaned up and removed all packaging from the Microwave.

Original delivery failed to show up. Second team was great! Knowledgeable and quick. Done in 10 minutes and took away old one with no mess left behind. Friendly and professional. God men!

Norman from the Geek Squad did an OUTSTANDING job of removing our old microwave and installing our new Whirlpool microwave. It was not an easy job removing the 25 year old microwave, but he did it with patience and skill. He had no problem installing our new one. His professionalism and friendliness was greatly appreciated!

The team had our old microwave out and the new one installed in about 15 min. They were amazing! We are usually DIY but glad we didn’t go that route this time!

The installation was so quick fast and in a hurry that I hadn’t finished my coffee before they were done. The first guy had the old one out by the time the second guy brought the new one from the truck. They had it installed and tested in short order. Thanks guys, you did a really great job.

The guys did a great job following directions when they arrived and did a wonderful job installing the new microwave. They kapt everything neat and disposed of all the garbage and the old microwave and cleaned up after themselves on the way out.
