Very friendly and knowledgable installers. Took great care removing old microwave, installing new Microwave and being careful with existing cabinets and appliances.

Little larger than specs showed on like it but good!

The two Best Buy installers were professional and efficient for our over-the-range microwave replacement and installation Feb, 19, 2021. Were organized and wasted no time. Complete clean-up and removal of old microwave. Answered questions. Would use them again, if needed.

The installation company who came to set it up did a good job. That particular installation member was not quite as seamless as the dishwasher and stove, but with a little bit of help from me we were able to get the job done. Very well worth paying that extra little bit to have someone install it for me

The installers were very professional in their speed and accuracy. There was no hang on the microwave, and they were quite nice to interact with. Definitely recommend the service, as doing this yourself can be quite cumbersome.

This microwave looks very nice and works well. It is definitely more complicated to use than our much older microwave was. But we are working on that. Though I did have to go online to get user instructions. It would seem that this should come with the new microwave.

Tech"s came out and removed my old microwave and installed the new one in less than twenty minutes. Offered to go over instructions on how to use as well. Polite, friendly and very respectful. Hope the next time I need the geek squad they send those guys back!

The installation was quick and done with skills. This included explaning the use of the item and checking ti make aure it worked properly.

Excellent installation by Best Buy Geek Squad. Old microwave was a little difficult to take down and new one had slightly larger dimensions. Geek Squad individual studied the discrepancies and adjusted the hanging brace so new microwave would fit perfectly. Job well done!

Since I have Total Tech Support when I have coverage to have free delivery and haul away free. I installation was $49 which was well worth the expense. Two man job and they reinforced to ensure that it does not fall. I highly recommend Total Tech Support as it also covers up to 5 computers.

I love my new Samsung Microwave. This was a great buy monetarily, as well as a superb installation. The Geek Squad not only delivered this product, but installed it, expalined how to work my new miscowave, answered all my questions and cleaned up and took away all trash. What else could I ask for. By the way, I love my microwave!!!

Installer was professional and fast. He removed the damaged microwave and replaced it with the new one. The new microwave is straight, there are no gaps, and it was handled properly, so there was no damage to my cabinets, stove, or microwave.
