Very spacious, exhaust fan not too noisy, overall great for everyday use

These are the same people that delivered my stove and they dropped it in the driveway. Then, wanted to replace the door and give me the GAS stove. Just wow! They did an ok job with the microwave. It took two of them. I wish they would have used both of them on the stove.

Mario and his men did a wonderful job installing microwave, so grateful that they could do as too heavy for my husband and I to do. I would request him for delivery and installation of all of my purchases if possible.

The LG microwave looks great with our other appliances. So far we are very happy with the performance.

Ordered Feb 5, received May 10. Unit seems to work as advertised. Just be careful when ordering to determine whether or not the item is physically in stock at your store .

The installers were very professional in their speed and accuracy. There was no hang on the microwave, and they were quite nice to interact with. Definitely recommend the service, as doing this yourself can be quite cumbersome.

The delivery guys arrived on time and did an excellent job. They disconnected and removed the old microwave above the stove, put up a new bracket, and installed the new one. They were quick and clean. They also cleaned everything well and answered my questions politely. Definitely worth the money!

Good power slim design still fits most things that should go in a microwave Menus are a little tricky but you can use the phone app as well

Installation of OTR microwave was super fast and with Total Tech was free! They communicated arrival time, was early, and installation/removal was complete in 30mins. Took care regarding potential debris, etc. Will definitely use them again!

The BestBuy Geek Squad did a great job on the installation on my new Over-The-Range Samsung microwave. Their service was professional, efficient, and very meticulous. They made sure everything was absolutely perfect, cleaned up afterwards, and went through basic operating instructions. They were friendly, prompt, and very knowledgeable about my new appliance!

Technician did an excellent job installing my microwave. He was very pleasant and efficient.

Our installation window was 1 - 5pm but the crew didn't arrive until 6. Once they were there, they completely knew what they were doing and performed a perfect installation in less than 15 minutes. However the team had an apprentice who had problems removing the microwave from its cardboard box and ended up putting a 12" scratch in our hardwood floor.

I don’t recall the install, but I do see that they had scratched my oven after they left as when I noticed it other than that they did a proper job installing it, but I wasn’t watching them as closely as I should nor did I do it well enough inspection And it’s just a little scratched so it’s minor

The removal of the old (20+ years) Microwave and installation of the new one was honestly one of the best installations I have had done. Everything done quickly, correctly and with a friendly, personable installer.
