Disappointed they had to delay the installation date from the date given at the store since we were living without a microwave (close to holiday) but installation was done well, and service was very courteous. Enjoying the new microwave.

Tech"s came out and removed my old microwave and installed the new one in less than twenty minutes. Offered to go over instructions on how to use as well. Polite, friendly and very respectful. Hope the next time I need the geek squad they send those guys back!

The installers had to take the old microwave apart into pieces to remove and had new microwave up with ease. The whole process took less than 40 minutes, when they left it was like they had not been here, but we had new microwave.

The install of the Over the Range GE Microwave was quickly and efficiently done p by a team of three workers.

In and out so fast. Removed the old broken microwave and put in the new one. That and cleaned up the kitchen in what seemed like seconds but must have been a few minutes.

These guys know what they are doing, period. I cannot say enough good things about the installation team that Best Buy has for their customers. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase and experience overall.

The Geek who installed my microwave did a great job. He worked alone and had no trouble installing the microwave (unlike a different store that installed my previous one).

Installation team for the microwave was great. They did this so much quicker than I could have and made sure I knew how everything worked. Highly recommend having the Best Buy team do install.

This microwave looks very nice and works well. It is definitely more complicated to use than our much older microwave was. But we are working on that. Though I did have to go online to get user instructions. It would seem that this should come with the new microwave.

Mega Bros Logistics installed the microwave. They cleaned up all of the debris from the packaging, and made sure the device was working before they left.
