I was really amazed as I watched these 2 men remove the old microwave and install the new one. They were outstanding and I was greatly impressed.

I was contacted the day before as a reminder of the installation and also received a call that morning with the approximate time of arrival. Two gentlemen came to install it and were very quick and courteous. They made sure I understood the new features and cleaned up the entire area when they were completed. Great job!!!

Excellent service. Went to Lowes and Home Depot first since we have bought many appliance from them. Lowes horrible service and the price after discount were standard price at Best Buy. I would recommend to try out BEST BUY.

Geek Squad did a wonderful job installing my new Over the Range Microwave. The installers were very professional and answered all my questions. The installation was a result of my previously purchasing the Geek squad protection plan. Great investment

This crew was awesome! This was the second installation for the microwave as the first was damaged. They were clean, friendly, and efficient. They even properly installed the dishwasher that was done poorly by the previous crew that installed the damaged microwave.

My experience with the microwave installation was wonderful. The installer was quick and knowledgeable. He also kept me well informed as to his arrival time, which was much appreciated. I will absolutely purchase installation from Best Buy in the future.

Installers did great job- fast, efficient, and neat

Need a more thorough clean up. Swept the "gross" amts of the floor but skipped the fine sawdust all over the place. Should have covered area first. I did not know what a mess it would make. Screws on inside where it meets upper cabinet are not flush or straight. Works well, they were quick! but not the neatest. Prepare ahead for them!

the installers were not only very good at what they did but were also very personable. they arrived when they said they would and when they were done they made sure they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them very highly.

The installer came on time. They install the microwave quick and they clean the area. I would recommend their services all the time

paid $119.99 to install my microwave. they came, put foot covers on their shoes, covered my range with a protecting blanket and cleaned up everything! Asked me if I had any questions about the new product and volunteered to demo it. Microwaved a cup of water to prove it was working. $15 to carry away the old wasn't bad. Great job!

Veteran installer knew exactly what to do. Excellent pre-install appointment coordination. On-time arrival and he made quick work of the installation. Because we are of similar age and background, it was an enjoyable connection.

A 2-person team came to remove an existing over-the-range microwave and replace it with a new one. They arrived right on schedule, were professional and polite, and had the job done in less than 30 minutes. It was probably the quickest and most efficient appliance installation I have experienced. Great job!

The microwave was installed and it did not work I went to the store and advised them and a new one was brought out. This one works great so far I was told by the installer that I should go to the store to request a new microwave. The store told me that the installer should have called immediately to schedule a new one.
