Fantastic. Professional. Courteous. Knowledgeable. It's extra money spent, I know. But it is well worth it. Try to do it when you are not a professional and you will spend 5x the time they do and who knows what issues you'll run into. Go with the pros!

Excellent installation by Best Buy Geek Squad. Old microwave was a little difficult to take down and new one had slightly larger dimensions. Geek Squad individual studied the discrepancies and adjusted the hanging brace so new microwave would fit perfectly. Job well done!

Two employees from an installation company were dispatched to install the electric range/microwave. They provided an excellent installation service. Thanks to their attention to details from start to finish, now my kitchen is in a very great shape.

Excellent service. Two men came with masks. Removed the old microwave and installed the new one. Took maybe 30 mins. They cleaned up afterwards. Very polite and helpful. Expensive but worth not having to figure it out on our own. Plus they took the old one away with them.

The microwave has wonderful features and looks great under the cabinets.

The installers were wonderful. Very professional, knew exactly how to make small adjustments to accommodate the space for the microwave. They were punctual, very clean in their work. I would use them independently for other jobs.

Because I have total tech, removal of the old microwave and installation of the new microwave was free. They did it all perfectly.

The installation company who came to set it up did a good job. That particular installation member was not quite as seamless as the dishwasher and stove, but with a little bit of help from me we were able to get the job done. Very well worth paying that extra little bit to have someone install it for me

The installer was on time, in fact a few minutes ahead of scheduled time. Very efficient and fast. Deinstalled old unit and installed new unit in about 20 minutes.

Since I have Total Tech Support when I have coverage to have free delivery and haul away free. I installation was $49 which was well worth the expense. Two man job and they reinforced to ensure that it does not fall. I highly recommend Total Tech Support as it also covers up to 5 computers.

Installer Kris Harbin and helper removed old microwave and installed my new KitchenAid Microware. Installation was done professionally and they hauled away old appliance. Great Customer Service.

All in all very good working Micro! Could use a 'Keep Warm' button....but that's just me....I would buy again!
