The Geek Squad installers are great. Not only did they arrive EARLY for the job, they were polite, efficient and did really good work. Having shopped around for this purchase, I am certain that I would not have gotten this level of service from other stores or providers. For me, this is what Customer Loyalty is all about!

The team was fabulous. They were courteous, efficient, informative, and was very careful with my home. I can’t say enough about the service people. I wrote down his company so that I could contact him again if I need him for another project.

Installers showed up on time and completed the installation quickly. No mess. No fuss. Wife and I were very impressed.

Two men came to deliver & replace the microwave oven over the cooking range. They came on time & installed the oven very quickly. Both men were helping each other. The old microwave oven was removed & taken away for recycling.

Techs were quick, near, thorough and professional.

Excellent installation and very pleased with the product. Mensur, from At Your Service Repairs, was early and called to let us know. Was very efficient, covered surfaces and was in and out of the house in 30 minutes. 10/10. We couldn’t be happier!

Installation was smooth once they arrived. The process of changing the schedule and being on time was something else. Was not completely satisfied with how the schedule was done.

This install was quick and looks very nice. I did have to have a plug installed in the cabinet above the unit, which was fine because I knew that was required ahead of time.

My microwave fit perfectly. The installation was done properly and professionally. The technician covered my stove so debris would fall on my appliances and the floor.

Due to multiple returns for my mistaken color choice and fit, this was a process but the installer was so professional and helpful throughout the process.

The two men who showed up were extremely polite and very efficient. They agreed to wear masks at our request. They were done so quickly we were amazed. Excellent experience.

I'm loving this LG Microwave, it works so well & the food comes out wonderfully! I highly recommend this Microwave if you're in the market for an over the range unit.

Jimmy did an excellent job on 12/22. In and out in a half hour. Too bad his truck broke down on the first delivery date in November because the guys that came out on 12/6 said they couldn't install it and that I needed to trim 2 inches of tile off my backsplash. Jimmy had no such concerns. I'm glad I didn't trim the tile (what a mess it would make) and was only out $15 for the plywood I bought to even out the wall. I give Jimmy 5 stars. The rest of the experience left a sour taste.

The Best Buy Geek installer was outstanding. He would explain everything as he did the install and wanted to be sure everything was ok before he left. Very Professional and and competent. Its well worth having Best Buy do the install because there may be adjustments that have to be made to make it fit.

installers wore slip on, masks and gloves. They quickly removed the old microwave and installed the new. They also took the old one away. They were polite and efficient. I have recommended best buy to others because of service-- as well as products and prices.

Great service and fantastic price. It was on sale of course! We will continue to buy our appliances and technology at Best Buy!!
