I have a Total Tech membership, which covered the delivery and installation of our new microwave. The installers were on time, neat, and fast.

Installation guy was very good. He came o. time, was organized, knowledgeable and clean.

They were great! Received text concerning preparing the location in the kitchen for the install, with instructions. The installers phoned and texted approximate arrival, and were on time! Went to work immediately upon arriving. They were very conscientious about not making a mess in my kitchen while they removed the old microwave and installed the new. They even gave us a quick "how to use" before they cleaned up, and took the old microwave away

Geek Squad did a wonderful job installing my new Over the Range Microwave. The installers were very professional and answered all my questions. The installation was a result of my previously purchasing the Geek squad protection plan. Great investment

This was actually a replacement of the very same model purchased a year ago which abruptly stopped working after 6 months. This one is working wonderful and much better than the previous one that we purchased so Obviously something was wrong with the initial unit purchased from the beginning.

Service Rep were very clean, polite, professional and easy to talk with. They explained the process, installed and tested the microwave to make sure it was working. They cleaned up after the install and made sure that everything was to our liking. I would definitely hire them again.

The installation crew was fantastic! They had everything done in a timely manner. They left the area clean. Products work fantastic. They were clear and knowledgeable about the use of the appliances. Would call them to install anything in my home. Highly recommend. A+++

The installer was extremely friendly and easy to work with. Told me what he was going to do and what he needed up front and did the job perfectly.

My experience with the microwave installation was wonderful. The installer was quick and knowledgeable. He also kept me well informed as to his arrival time, which was much appreciated. I will absolutely purchase installation from Best Buy in the future.

The guys who came did an excellent job installing this appliance. They were courteous and knowledgeable about both installing the appliance nut also how to use some of the features of the appliance.

I'm loving this LG Microwave, it works so well & the food comes out wonderfully! I highly recommend this Microwave if you're in the market for an over the range unit.

As a Bestbuy Total care member, we got our new microwave installed for free. The 2 gentlemen did an amazing job of quickly installing the appliance and cleaning the surface after installation. They also took away the old one!

This install was quick and looks very nice. I did have to have a plug installed in the cabinet above the unit, which was fine because I knew that was required ahead of time.

Installer arrived on time, delivered the new microwave, removed the old microwave, installed the new microwave, demonstrated its features & operation, and was out the door with the old microwave in 15-mintes. He cleaned up after himself, wore a mask and was very polite.

Great guys, right on time, thoroughly professional and completed the installation and take away! We are in our 70's - had installed a GE over the counter 2 years ago (yes, it quit!) and we decided we could not handle the installation (heavy lifting)! SOOOO WORTH IT!

Installation and scheduling with 3rd party local company for installation in Honolulu was excellent. constant communication. The staff was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.
