They installed the microwave. Despite giving them our home number, they kept calling my cell phone seeking a confirmation. Of course I was not home and I was in middle of a meeting when finally I did answer after multiple missed calls. That said, they did a good job removing the old microwave and installing the new one.

Best Buy sent two guys to install my new MW and they did a great job. They arrived on time, got right after it and it was apparent they knew what they were doing and worked well together. I would use Best Buy Geek Squad installation again with hesitation. No question.

The installation was not as straightforward as the installers thought it would be, but they were able to work with the space and actually improve the placement of this microwave over the one they removed. Something about the way the old microwave was installed was not optimal, but they got everything worked out for the new one.

So far it’s been a great appliance this last 2 months, the fan didn’t work as expected tho

The installation team was prompt and well prepared. Some back splash trim needed to be removed and they handled it perfectly They also did a great job cleaning up too. Overall, we were exceptionally pleased with the entire installation process.

My wife was present when the technicians installed our new over the range microwave. It was a different model than the previous one, but they were able to drill new holes and install it properly the first time

Installation of the microwave was amazing and took less than 30 minutes. I was replacing an almost identical model (slight upgrade) but was still extremely impressed.

Because I have total tech, removal of the old microwave and installation of the new microwave was free. They did it all perfectly.

The two teams of installers were wonderful. The first team dealt with a misrepresented boxed microwave. The second team was equally as competent and did a very good installation.

over the range microwave took no more than 10 mins to purchace and schdule installation. the sales person was knowledable and professionable. installation went without a hitch. He was in and out of our kitchen in about 40 mins.

Our installer was great. A very tall man, he could look directly into the overhead cabinet for electrical needs. No extra drilling needed. He also took time to go over a few things with the wife. He was simply OUTSTANDING

The installer removed old microwave and installed new one very quickly. All boxes and wrapping were cleaned up afterwards.
