This is a great microwave. It works great. The Geek squad was great. They called before arriving at the designated time frame. They were professional, efficient and cleaned up after they left. It was also worth $25 to have them dispose the old microwave.

Calab and Dakota were so awesome. Great customer service and took time to teach me and set my clock. They were very neat and careful in my new kitchen during installation.

This is a nice microwave for the price. I don't do any major cooking; usually warming up items, preparing some frozen dinners and popping popcorn. The outside look is nice and the interior is plenty big for all of my dishes. The over the range light is also very nice and has 2 positons.

These guys have installed a thing or two in their careers. They have it down to a fine science - in and out in about 15 minutes.

The Service Personnel were extremely professional and friendly! They completed the cooktop install and it is working perfectly. Thank you for providing such great people to compliment the service beyond the sale of your products.

+'s: large size, optional use of shelf, on/off carousel options, lots of pre-programmed food options. -'s: wife finds the high bottom edge of door window causing difficulty to see cooking process, lack of pre-programmed nite lite (like our previous GE microwave), interior light does not illuminate interior well.
