Installation for over the range microwave is very satisfactory, but it takes time to get scheduled because of busy of technicians. They did really well and I recommend bestbuy Installation

The installer was very professional. They were on time. They made sure the microwave worked and cleaned up everything.

Installation was fast, the technician was very knowledgable and moved tools and appliances thoughtfully so as not to scratch or cause damage. He also offered some tips which were very helpful.

He finally got the job done. I had 2 prior appointments for this installation and they didn’t call to cancel. I rearranged my schedule for them and waited all day and they were a “No Show “ 2 times. I went to the store manager and made another appointment with them almost a month after the purchase. When he did finally show up he was in such a hurry, he left his car running. It needed longer bolts and he didn’t have them so he just drilled bigger holes and now I am worried about the stability of it. The next time I need to replace this microwave I will have to replace the wood shelf in my cabinet first. He made a big mess and left it for me to clean up.

My only complaint was the light bulb to light under the micro was not working (it was burned out) and the repair person showed up with no bulb with him and had to order which took a week and a return trip. Otherwise the micro works great and looks mighty fine. I don't cook with it just warm and popcorn.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would - prompt, professional, the total install took 20 mins!!

These guys were excellent! Explained everything they were going to do, gave me options how to vent it out with their installation and answered my questions. They were SUPER FAST and under 10 minutes!

The installers were courtious. Went about the install and finished in what I thought was a fairly short amount of time.

So far my favorite thing with this microwave over my previous one: I can set the timer for something else (stovetop or oven) and still operate the microwave and the timer is still going when I hit clear! Love the many features.

Good install and boy are are those guys fast. A few minutes for what would have taken me much longer.

Purchased microwave which had to be installed-a little pricey however definitely worth the money as they did a great job-delivered and brought with them, took their time and a clean complete job-even went over use instruction with me. Wore shoe covers in house! Very pleased with the Geek Squad. Thanks

All in all very good working Micro! Could use a 'Keep Warm' button....but that's just me....I would buy again!

Since this was the 3rd attempt to get the order correct and complete, they did a great job. Installers were professional and very quick to get job done.

Exactly as described. I was hesitant to buy it but it worked so well! I cant even imagine living without it. What am I even reviewing?

I had a Samsung Microwave installed and a scratch was found. It was actually the Installation Crew who first noticed it. I was amazed by their integrity. They were quick to call their Customer Service Team for the replacement and they issued a partial compensation for the inconvenience. Thank you Best Buy!

The two service techs that arrived notified us prior to arrival as to their time. They were professional, friendly, helpful and reassuring in their work and conversation. Before leaving, they gave us the best ins-and-outs in using our appliance. They left, taking all the packaging with them. Great service.
