Two technicians showed up on time to install my new microwave. They covered the surface, removed my old microwave & installed the new one in record time. They tested the new one and provide "get started" information. Very friendly & professional!

I really like this product. It's a great buy for the price. Nice looking, cold, roomy, and big enough for an apartment or condo. Only draw back is that it can scratch if you use a rough sponge on the outside of the door so don't do it (like my teenager did).

While I like our new over-the-range Microwave oven, I should have opened the box before leaving the store. I say this because the oven that was brought to me by the Sales person was NOT the same over-on-display that I wanted and didn't offer some of the features that I saw on the floor display unit. Now you ask why I didn't take it back, well that is a story in itself, Bst Buy sells a membership to their "TotalTech" program that covers most purchases and includes installation. I bought a TotalTech membership when I purchased new appliances to the tune of almost $5000.00. So, when I asked about installation from my TotalTech membership the Salesperson could not find it and said that there was nothing they could do. But to his credit, we did find the membership but for some weird reason it could not be accessed and after a very long time the Salesperson stuck his neck out and scheduled the installation, YEAH Mr. Gomez!! So weeks later when the installation guy arrived to put in the Microwave and unpacked the box it was just too late in the process to start over. So the moral of this story is: Buyer Beware and Check out the box before you leave Best Buy, keeping in mind that we live almost 40 miles away up in the rural area of the San Bernardino mountains, which is over a hour from the store.

The installer did a stellar job of installing our new unit. He was quick, clean, friendly and made sure I was happy with the install. Following multiple scheduling issues we had a few months ago with a refrigerator install, this was a massive improvement.

Wasn't the microwave I originally wanted, but because of spacing issue - I had to purchase the Smart Slim - worked out perfectly. Great choice for me.

Good microwave. Works as expected and all the functions seem to be operating. The color fits with my other LG kitchen appliances since it is either dark grey or black.

3rd party delivered locally and installed. Quick response to phone call and narrowed time window when requested. Microwave installed by 2 gentlemen, quickly and efficiently. Noticed afterward they had not installed one of the filters at the top of the unit, but was able to do it myself. No complaints and would be glad if they installed a range being delivered next month.

They guys were GREAT! Called on their way, installed was quick, instructions great. I would hope yo get them again on my next purchase.

If you purchase an over-the-range microwave, I highly recommend you also purchase this installation package. The installer was on time and very efficient despite how intensive the job seemed to be. He did a great job and I am very pleased with the results.

The technicians arrived at the right time and did a great job to complete the installation in less than 30 minutes. Notifications were provided as and when actions were taken during the entire process.
