Installation crew was on-time if not early, and worked very smoothly together to remove my old microwave, and get the new one in.

Good microwave. Works as expected and all the functions seem to be operating. The color fits with my other LG kitchen appliances since it is either dark grey or black.

The guys came in, removed the old microwave, put the new one in place, and took the trash and old unit with them. Prompt, friendly, qualified, and conscientious. What more could I ask?

Delivery and installation company was great. Tom's Toolbox was professional, on time, followed safety guidelines and efficient. They were also very helpful with several questions and did a great job of cleaning up all of the packaging debri.

The installation itself was great. The technician was professional and proficient. They arrived, removed the old machine, installed and tested the new machine. The reason it isn't five stars is the scheduling process. The first attempt was cancelled by the store, but not the pick up so when they called for that we had to reschedule the delivery, installation and removal (even though the same person did all of it.) That went off very well - but I keep getting emails telling me it is time to schedule the installation. So the scheduling needs a little work. But I stress - the actual installation was great.

The folks who installed my over the counter microwave were efficient and professional. I appreciated them calling and giving me an estimated time of arrival.

Very overdue posting this - time flies. The removal of the old microwave and installation of the new one went flawlessly. The crew was in and out, cleaned up after themselves and let us in full operation!

I cannot begin to tell you how much I love my microwave! It has features that I wasn't even aware of when i purchased it. I am a baker and the soften butter, soften chocolate mode is fabulous! Heats up a cup of coffee in less than a minute. Looks beautiful and all the extra functions are a plus!

I used this for the install of my dad's over the range microwave for the first time. They communicated often, were on time, did a superb job and used booties in the house and a cloth over the stove to ensure no dirt. They even polished the stove when they removed the cloth. Keep up the good work!
