Excellent installation and very pleased with the product. Mensur, from At Your Service Repairs, was early and called to let us know. Was very efficient, covered surfaces and was in and out of the house in 30 minutes. 10/10. We couldn’t be happier!

Best Buy in-home installation. In last 3 months, we have had total tech install a fridge, dishwasher and microwave in our kitchen and they have been excellent each time.

I had the Geek Squad install my over-the-range microwave and I’m glad I did. However, some installers are more knowledgeable than others as it took 3 trips to get it right. Initially, I was told that the microwave’s connection points had no wood surface to safely connect to the cabinet. So, I returned it. After site inspection, I was told that they just needed to add wood bracing. I repurchased same microwave (open box sale) and scheduled the Geek Squad to install the microwave. They arrived and notified me that they couldn’t install it because sales rep failed to provide the manufacturers bracket and vent. I returned to Best Buy and they provided me with necessary parts. I rescheduled, requesting the knowledgeable site inspection staff, and my microwave was successfully installed. After having these kind of issues, I utilized the site inspectors the remainder of appliance installations and I do not regret it. They were worth the wait

He finally got the job done. I had 2 prior appointments for this installation and they didn’t call to cancel. I rearranged my schedule for them and waited all day and they were a “No Show “ 2 times. I went to the store manager and made another appointment with them almost a month after the purchase. When he did finally show up he was in such a hurry, he left his car running. It needed longer bolts and he didn’t have them so he just drilled bigger holes and now I am worried about the stability of it. The next time I need to replace this microwave I will have to replace the wood shelf in my cabinet first. He made a big mess and left it for me to clean up.

easy installation, no problem, great people, very quick

Installation for over the range microwave is very satisfactory, but it takes time to get scheduled because of busy of technicians. They did really well and I recommend bestbuy Installation

The installation itself was great. The technician was professional and proficient. They arrived, removed the old machine, installed and tested the new machine. The reason it isn't five stars is the scheduling process. The first attempt was cancelled by the store, but not the pick up so when they called for that we had to reschedule the delivery, installation and removal (even though the same person did all of it.) That went off very well - but I keep getting emails telling me it is time to schedule the installation. So the scheduling needs a little work. But I stress - the actual installation was great.

It was installed in about 20 min. and works perfectly. The serviceman was a very nice man.

The workers were great. Came in, took out the old, and installed the new one. They showed me how to work it, and also made surebit worked. Great jov!

Installation was fast, the technician was very knowledgable and moved tools and appliances thoughtfully so as not to scratch or cause damage. He also offered some tips which were very helpful.

Two guys came in. Took down old microwave.Installed new LG microwave and cleaned up. Very quick and easy installation. Great job.

He came and swapped out the old microwave in under an hour. Nice guy, cleaned up after he was done, no issues with the new microwave

Our installer was great. A very tall man, he could look directly into the overhead cabinet for electrical needs. No extra drilling needed. He also took time to go over a few things with the wife. He was simply OUTSTANDING
