They were great! Received text concerning preparing the location in the kitchen for the install, with instructions. The installers phoned and texted approximate arrival, and were on time! Went to work immediately upon arriving. They were very conscientious about not making a mess in my kitchen while they removed the old microwave and installed the new. They even gave us a quick "how to use" before they cleaned up, and took the old microwave away

great! Efficient, on time, polite. They did leave a small screw driver, I would like to return it to them. Thanks for the great customer service!

I had installation done through Best Buy for a Whirlpool Microwave installation. They were quick, professional and to the point. The whole process was a breeze and they wore masks the entire time which wad nice.

The installer and his helper were on time, courteous, efficient and knew what they were doing. They cleaned up the area and set up my appliance so it was ready to use right away.

Alimeen from Pacific Express Installations did a fabulous job removing my old over the range microwave and install this one without even having to use the bump out kit.

The technicians were great, and the microwave installation was done quickly, efficiently and it looks and works great. The reason for the 2 star reduction is the price. This was a re-installation. Going back into the same spot, using the existing bolt holes and support bracket (after cabinet refacing). They actually wanted to charge me $20 more than I paid when it was installed initially, but after I complained it was reduced to the same price I paid before. This was still a rip-off since the scope of work was 25% of an installation from scratch.

We are very pleased with the technician that came to install our microwave oven. He was very fast and efficient and explained the process of what he was doing and why at each step of the installation. Can't say enough about his professionalism, efficiency and courtesy. Send me him all the time!!

The workers did a great job of taking out and installing my over the oven GE Microwave Oven. They explained everything they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. Maintained social distancing and were very courteous.

Bing bang boom! They hauled in the microwave, wore masks, and did a great job installing it. Very professional and they had the job done and out of the house easily in less than 15 minutes. Maybe closer to 10 minutes. We were amazed!

I was a little leery after I found out Best Buy uses a 3rd party vendor to perform their appliance installations. The crew that that perform our over the range microwave installation was professional and did a terrific job on the installation. I am very happy with the job they did.
