This work crew was excellent. Prompt, polite, quiet, and efficient. They worked as a team and got the machine installed with ease. Haul away was also good. No drama, just good service. Kudos! My compliments to the team!

The gentleman who came to do the install where great! Arrived early, which was a plus, walked me through the install & explained the product, which was another plus.

The two guys that installed my Microwave were very nice, respectful and did a great job. They also cleaned up and took all the boxes away. They were great.

I was a little leery after I found out Best Buy uses a 3rd party vendor to perform their alliance installations. The crew that that perform our over the range microwave installation was professional and did a terrific job on the installation. I am very happy with the job they did.

Two gentleman came to the house to install my new microwave. They were friendly, professional and experienced. They took care to protect the range, surrounding cabinets, and floor. Before they left, they cleaned up behind themselves. I would recommend GeekSquad based on this experience.

The technician was a bit late due to traffic, but notified me of his whereabouts. When he arrived he properly introduced himself and neatly brought in and unpacked the microwave. He took his time measuring, installed the microwave perfectly and cleaned up from under our stove. Good job.

The installation was not an easy installation. They needed to drill into the tiles in my back splash, and the old microwave was not properly installed. They stayed until the job was done, and done properly. I was very pleased with the installation and the men who took the time to do the job correctly.

The technicians did a good job of installing this microwave. Even though some of the holes didn't line up they were able to make their own and put it in. They cleaned up after themselves and we're very nice and professional.

The installers arrived timely, checked the installation area, Draped beneath the installation to prevent any issues. Removed knobs from stove to prevent inadvertent turn on (smart). Very well organized.

Love the microwave but disappointed with all of the delays leading up to its installation.

The Install crew that came out to install our Range and over the range Microwave & Dishwasher were awesome. They hauled away the old units and installed the new ones we purchased. They were very knowledgeable with each new appliance they were installing.

Wonderful product but the Total Tech installers were wonderful. They had it out of the box and mounted in about fifteen minutes; great work.

Speedy install & the delivery was excellent. We have an 8th floor condo and the delivery team was unpacking the items from the boxes when I got home from work and everything fit in the elevator and went in the unit with no issues
