Very professional crew delivered and installed our microwave. Very good about explaining what they were doing and when they were done, it was as if the microwave had been there all the time.

Service tech arrived on time, wore booties into the house, was mindful of not scratching flooring or granite countertops and was knowledgeable about the product and the installation process. He was also efficient with the cleanup process when the installation was complete.

I researched many microwaves before making my decision. This Whirlpool is much like the one I replaced. The size is perfect for my needs.

The technicians were fast and neat. I have no complaints about this service except for the fact that they arrived earlier than scheduled and I had to make arrangements for someone else to let them into the house.

The microwave is pretty simple that's why I chose it. It looks great and was installed by Best Buy delivery guys. The installation guy was careful and measured more than once to ensure that it was being installed secure.

The gentleman who installed the microwave were on time, professional, and efficient. In little to know time they had the old mocrowave removed and the new one installed.

The two gentlemen that did the installation arrived wearing their masks and were very efficient. When they were finished I was shown how to operate the microwave and they offered to clean up. I was pleased with them.

James Etheridge and his assistant did a terrific job. They removed the old microwave and install the new Kitchen aid microwave smoothly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAMES !!!!

The two guys who delivered and installed my dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator could not have done a better job. Both were very friendly, took care with the new appliances, worked quickly and knew exactly what they were doing. I was very pleased with their work!

The installer called me the day before to ask whether I have a tile backsplash in the area where the microwave was to be installed. I confirmed that I have such. He cautioned that sometimes the tile will alter the space slightly and if the microwave did not fit he would not be able to alter the tile and perhaps would not be able to complete the installation. I agreed to go ahead anyway. The tile in fact had to be shortened by less than 1/4 inch to enable the placement of the microwave. He completed all other necessary steps of the installation, except the final insertion--and canceled the delivery and installation fee. The very congenial men even repacked the oven into its original box and left the kitchen clean. My stepson came a few days later, chipped away about a quarter inch of grout, and slipped the oven in. I got a real deal on that operation. Wonderful service; great gentlemen,

The team that Came in did an excellent job of installing the microwave and the required area. They worked well together, they didn't leave a mess behind, and they were both very detailed oriented.

If not for the price, I would give them 5 stars. The installers made sure to contact me several times to confirm my delivery window. Upon arrival, they were professional, courteous, and fast. In less than an hour my new microwave was in place and operating perfectly.
