The gentlemen who came to install my micowave were great. They were knowledgeable, quick and friendly. They arrived right on time.

Excellent installation, very professional. Everything looks great! The microwave was slightly wider than the old one, but the technician new exactly how to make it work and look flawless. Called ahead and kept me informed on timing.

The installers arrived timely, checked the installation area, Draped beneath the installation to prevent any issues. Removed knobs from stove to prevent inadvertent turn on (smart). Very well organized.

Installers did an excellent job and were very neat. Absolutely no cleanup for me. Microwave install was done perfectly.

+'s: large size, optional use of shelf, on/off carousel options, lots of pre-programmed food options. -'s: wife finds the high bottom edge of door window causing difficulty to see cooking process, lack of pre-programmed nite lite (like our previous GE microwave), interior light does not illuminate interior well.

My only complaint was the light bulb to light under the micro was not working (it was burned out) and the repair person showed up with no bulb with him and had to order which took a week and a return trip. Otherwise the micro works great and looks mighty fine. I don't cook with it just warm and popcorn.

Installation was professional, complete, and the u it is functioning well well. We are pleased with the installation.

The microwave is nice and looks beautiful in my kitchen. It took awhile to get it installed but it was worth the wait. It would have happened sooner if they had told me that I had to take the tile down before they could install it.
