Two technicians who removed the old microwave and installed the new one were both extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely purchase a product from Best Buy based upon their professionalism and manner in which they performed the installation. Top-notch work.

The Geek Squad installation team was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable in properly installing the microwave. The only knock against them was that clean-up could have been a little better.

The installers were in and out in about 35 minutes, took out the old, replaced what they needed to and put the new one in. Very efficient! They took away the old one, plus were very nice to move a small microwave that I had been using to the garage.

The installation team came and did a great job. Two installers came...a male and a female...she just stayed in the truck and he did the majority of the install. He was very friendly---told me where I needed to vacuum up too due to drilling into the cabinets.

This is a replacement of a GE and we find this one is much quieter and is easy to use. We are very satisfied with our installer. He went the extra mile to get it installed and should be commended for all the work it took to get it to fit in the cabinets!

The installer, I forget his name, was extremely polite, professional, neat, and most of all prompt. He arrived exactly at the agreed to time and went right to work. A very pleasant young man, I wish I could remember his name. I would highly recommend him.

On 1/29/2024, Wael Abdalla (also another installer) with RXO installed my GE Over the Range Microwave. They were both professional and polite. They covered my cooktop & then took all packing and boxes with them. Mr Abdalla programmed my microwave & then explained how to use it. My old microwave was GE and operating the new microwave is very similar. I recommend these installers to friends & family.

The installer's we're on time and installed our New Microwave "slash Air fryer Conventional oven in about 30 minutes cleaned up and gone. Great Job Guys!
