Installers did a nice job. In and out in good time, Very courteous and professional.

Courteous, well equipped to do the job, removed all the debris from the house. Installers could not test either unit due to a prolonged power outage during installation and late Friday night delivery. I tested the units after the power came back on and both units functioned as required.

The installer did a great job with the installation and the clean up afterwards. The technician arrived on time. I was very pleased with the overall process.

The guys that came in and installed the product were great and fast at what they did. Cleaned up when they were done and very courteous.

This replaced a 24 year old microwave..and it's a VAST improvement. The installation crew did a great job. They were on time, got the old one out of the wall..and replaced it with this new one....cleaned the microwave after the installation. They did a wonderful job.

This guy did an excellant job. At my age there is no way I could have installed this very nice microwave. He also installed our dishwasher. Well done sir.

I have approximately two years with this Over-the-Range Microwave and I had BestBuy install it; after all this time is still exactly how they left it and it works great. I do not regret having BestBuy install it, I am very satisfied.

The Guys from Lone Star Construction installed my microwave from Best Buys Geek Squad and they did an Amazing job, arrived on time, installed quickly, did a great job! protected my countertops during instalation and cleaned up their mess when they were done! Will use in the future!

The servicemen that did the Microwave installation were very courteous. They removed (and took away) my old Microwave and installed the new one in a short period of time. They left no mess for me to clean up...They wore "booties" over their shoes so they would not track dirt into the house.

Excellent service! This Father and Son team arrived while I was on the phone with the Geek Squad! The Geek Squad was in the process of setting up a new appointment for the Installation, the person I was on the phone with, a Manager, had no idea what was going on! When I told her that the installers were there she said “They’re there (in broken English)! I said, yes they’re here. She said, “Thank you for shopping at Best Buy, have a good day! This really struck me as ironic, that there is such a disconnect between Management and Installation Personnel! The Installation Team went above and beyond what they were supposed to do! I believe it was “JB”, or something for the Father, something that started with a”J”!

Service tech arrived on time, wore booties into the house, was mindful of not scratching flooring or granite countertops and was knowledgeable about the product and the installation process. He was also efficient with the cleanup process when the installation was complete.

Quick and well done. Old unit removed without problems.

Pros. Classy design, easy to use, filters flip by a push of a bottom for easy clean, I bought the whole LG package only because I wanted this microwave. Microwave was a little expensive but it is way worth it I think it looks more expensive than I paid . Cons. Haven't found any yet

I can’t find the paper that I wrote his name on! He was great. Very professional and reviewed the microwave with me. I had the membership for installation and so worth it. I had to cancel the renewal as it is not affordable now.
