The microwave installer was ver professional. He was respectful of my property. Took care in installing microwave and left my kitchen in perfect order when done. He arrived on time and called ahead of arriving.

This team was definitely the best of any Best Buy installers that we have had over the last few years. Did a great job, cleaned up and made us feel like valued customers.

Good fit, cooks very well! It is Silver and is a nice match, but when trying to see the numbers I have to put a light on. Maybe a lighter dial or one that lights up would be better!

So far so good, like the features and auto programs. Waiting to see how the easy to clean finish works. I am short so have to stand on my tip toes to be able to see inside the microwave as the metal shielding on the door is a little higher than my old one.

Really like the microwave, wish it had a 1min quick start button. It has a 30sec button but you hv to hit start, it isn't automatic when you press it. But it functions well. Like the defrost function.

The two installers did excellent job removing old microwave and installing new one with appropriate hardware. They were very professional and walked through all the features along with general information. I was not expecting such good service.
