My installer was expeditious in his work as well as very professional

Best Buy uses a 3rd party installer for over-the-range microwaves. The installer was great. Called in advance, arrived on schedule, efficiently installed the microwave, and cleaned up after himself.

Installation was done on schedule and quickly completed. We were using the new microwave within minutes of installation.

the technician arrived earlier than expected got all the old stuff out put the new in and was very professional and knowledgeable of the appliances installed GREAT JOB ALL AROUND!! From the buying experience to the installation

The actual installation was done very well. The first try did not work as the microwave had a manufacturer error. The techs who accomplished the installation were very nice and efficient.

The gentlemen that can to do the install were efficient and respectful of the house. They did a great job and showed me the controls when they were finished with the install.

The Greek Squad installed my Over the Stove Microwave. Was a small space and the new microwave was larger but they handled it like champs and turned a hard job into a flawless one. These boys knew what they were doing and actually looked like they enjoyed the challenge.

Very pleased with the Bosch over the range microwave. Would recommend it but also get the warranty.

This was a new installation from scratch, not a replacement for an existing over-the-stove microwave. The installers showed up on time, were careful not to mess up or damage anything, and did an excellent job quickly and professionally. They earned their tip.

Two Geek Squad members installed my new over-the-stove microwave. They protected my stove with a heavy moving blanket, didn't make a mess (even wore booties over their shoes), made sure the microwave was level and solidly attached, and made sure it worked. No complaints!

The microwave installation was great. The only down side is that the installers left a really big mess. That was closer to the dishwasher though which they installed in the same visit. So this only gets 1 ding.
