Good microwave for cook heat and eat everything hot

I'd give you stars for the microwave but the service. The installers damaged my cabinet and I've been waiting a month for the insurance group to get Best Buy to respond to move the claim forward. I'm extremely frustrated and think the service is beyond bad. If I could give you no stars I would.

Only a 3 because there was no uninstall. Just exchange of a damaged item.

No show... how can I rate that? Called and was told to reschedule again! Have been trying to resolve this issue for MONTHS! Issue: microwave does not turn off... which is a major fire hazard. Resolution was simple replace/exchange with same brand, model.

This is the 2nd review on the unbelievably poor customer service I've had with the attempt to install my over the range microwave. I've reached out to the 800 help number, the Bloomington Store Manager & Bloomington Appliance Manager and after me taking off 5 separate days of work (15hrs total) to be home for an attempted installation of my microwave, which they never installed. I have been told the best they can do is a $50 credit for my inconvenience. I did get a $50 credit for the installation I had to schedule and pay on my own to get the microwave installed. I've been an Elite Plus member and a loyal Best Buy customer for several years. I'm disappointed to be told the best we can do for your time and inconvenience is $50. It's actually sad to see this is where customer service is at with big box stores.

Contact installers were extremely rude, their job was to replace unit because of failed installation less than month earlier that filled first microwave unit with wood shavings due to drilling holes in wood cabinets above while holding unit in place, but deinstalling team ignored our request to sweep up first, we did it ourselves, but they were nasty, because they had to wait two minutes for us grab sweeper first

My advantage microwave stopped working The first week I got it dealing with Best Buy has been a nightmare.They came with a replacement in about a month's time.And it wasn't the same microwave Maker model.They came in with a dirty used.Microwave that wasn't even the same make model that I had purchased was full of grease

Absolutely awful service. I didn't sign up for an uninstall as it was supposed to be a pick up of a defective product.... No one told me this was happening and I expected someone to still show up and pick up my microwave. I called and was told that no one was coming since it was for an uninstall and pick up.....somehow the team who can do both jobs, can't just do the pickup. If someone had called me even the day of, I'd have been okay with it. Instead I had to call and find out after the "time window" came and went.

this poor rating goes along with the under poor rating of the install. I wish I could give no start and a truthful rating other than poor. "ridiculously awful"
