I did not ask for them to break into my house, steal my microwave and leave unscathed! I will find those intruders and fight for my communication till, the very end!!!

LG finally removed my old microwave they installed damage and caused additional damage upon installation from their own geek squad two years ago. It took two years, yes two years to finally have them remove the old one. I spent $150 of my own money to have a technician come out to determine the damage to the microwave was a health and fire hazard because it was leaking radio waves when it was used!!! Best Buy’s has been terrible!

This was the third microwave I purchased as the first two were defective. The third was defective as well. Shame on Viking

I removed it myself and when I found out the screws were stripped I had to call about it to get replace and it took another week

The guys do not know what they are doing . Either they have not been trained or do not care. This Saturday we are going for the 3 install maybe they will get it wright i will be holding there hand. If they do not best buy can take all appliance back

Best Buy’s system for notifications is horrific! I’ve bought 3 major appliances from them. The microwave didn’t fit. So the installers took it out on the same day. I had to order a smaller model. That was 3 months ago. I have been getting emails and calls telling me they will uninstall the ill fitting one and then install the new, smaller one! I’ve spoken to several people—to no avail!

This has been an absoulute disaster! The order was intiatited in Nov 2023 and I have still not received a new oven; addtionally my original oven was hauled away and I have not had an oven since Nov 2023!

Very poor I will not recommend. The man who came to my home lied to me. He said that he would replace the microwave no charge if something went wrong with it. There was a shortage with the microwave he took it out the mount and now it's a whole above the stove. I cant find anyone to replace it ! I called him & texted he wouldn't answer. I called from another line he said he would call me back I never heard from him.

The original new microwave arrived and they took our old microwave! I thought they were simply setting it outside m. We did not request or pay for take away service. I would have put the old microwave back in place and sent this back with all the issues but we didn’t have it to do so.

No one ever came out to uninstall the Over the Range Microwave that was installed over 2 weeks ago and is defective. Or know where the new Microwave is. This is the most frustrating thing about product installations at Best Buy, you never know when you're going to get your item and no one seems to know why!

Toledo Ohio 3rd party installer is terrible - they refused to come and uninstall . The microwave was installed broken and they refused my refund - I had to have a friend help me.

Nothing was installed. I have been jerked around by Best Buy for months... I am totally frustrated with the service I have gotten. I have asked for a supervisor to contact me for months...

Still haven’t gotten it uninstalled, Best Buy’s service sucks too just like ALL Samsung products.

Non-Bestbuy company came to pick up our microwave that was never installed to begin with. It then took over a month and over 6 phone calls to see the return actually made and return deposited back to our account.

Horrible expiernce still trying to get someone to look at my oven...bought the warranty but can’t get anyone to come out I’ve already advised several people not to buy from you guys

Appointment made, email confirmed, phone call day before confirmed Sat at home for desire window no one came, no one called. How would you feel?

Damaged upon installation on 10-6-2021, OTR microwave was removed from my home for return and total refund on 10-22-2021 by XPO

Got charged for this and never knew it or seen it… so….
