    Beautiful stainless steel microwVe. Easy to clean inside and out. The gentlemen that installed microwave was polite and friendly. Cost is perfect

    Steve did a good job taking out my old microwave. I am going to donate it to Habitat to Humanity. He put the old one in the box to keep it safe.

    Total Tech came out and replaced our microwave because of a faulty clock display. They were prompt, efficient, friendly. Got the job done!

    Uninstall 3rd party completely frustrating. They tried to charge $40 cash to remove old fridge so they could pocket it thinking we didn’t know any better. Be careful people! Know what you are getting. Geek Squad uninstallers recommended.

    This was the removal of a dead and installation of a new microwave. The installer arrived on time, was very professional and had everything removed installed and cleaned up and half the time that it would have taken me.

    This uninstallation for this product was much better than the installation of it. The guys had to remove it and let us know that their precious crew did not do a good job and actually told us to let Best Buy know about this. Thankful that these guys were honest about the situation.

    Package was damaged, but microwave looked fine. Microwave made rattling sound. Best Buy replaced it with no hassles.

    The installers arrived quite a few hours early but it wasn't their fault. They were rerouted due to a cancellation. The uninstall went fine.

    Microwave failed to function (heat) after 17 days of installation. After significant discussion with Best Buy, a new replacement was delivered & installed. So far, it is working good. Very pleased with the way Best Buy addresses this matter.

    This is replacement of Defective machine. The Sales Associate handled the exchange in a professional and business manner on Monday morning, and even called for approval of the transaction.
