    Overall I'm quite satisfied with the product and services of Best Buy. Especially given Best Buy's product selection and competitive prices, I do plan to continue shopping at Best Buy.

    This year, we have purchased 2 big screen TV's and all new kitchen appliances through BestBuy, using their installation services. Our 77" big screen tv was installed over our fireplace when we first moved into our home. A couple of months later, we had stone placed on our fireplace and needed the TV uninstalled, then reinstalled once the stone was up. The cost of the un-installation was ridiculously high compared to the installation. I personally felt, given the number of installations and the money spent that the cost would not have been so excessive. I did call customer service to question the cost with it being so excessive. So my point is, make sure you have your initial installation where you want it else it will cost you to have it uninstalled and re-installed.
