My experience was great i receved appliances on time and no scrsted or dents and they was very professional.

The GE Advantium is a great product while it works. Unfortunately, it always breaks down and repairs are extremely expensive. Also, it can take well over a year for the part needed to come in. This replacement took TWO YEARS after waiting for months on end for parts that never came. Also, never cook on high heat or boil water over the upper right section of the unit or you will eventually fry out the electronic components over time due to poor design. We found this out with our first Advantium. If you decide to purchase a GE Advantium, always buy the five-year extended warranty. This is the fourth one we have had replaced. We only keep getting the extended warranty and having another Advantium installed as they are fabulous while they work. Be warned, they always break down. Always.

We had to have the first microwave replaced because it was defective. The installer did a great job.

This part is required to install the items Be sure the person installing has it! If you are doing it yourself you will need it!

I will not review. I submitted a review and an installer that had been to my home before told me that he was not happy with my review. I had not idea of this man's name. However, he knew my name, address and phone number. I was very uncomfortable with this encounter.

The process was quick and easy took five minutes. very friendly customer service.

Those person were very professional, they uninstalled the old one and installed the new one.

SO had appliance delivered and installed without an issue until they go to the microwave then was told that the microwave was defective from factory and will need to be replaced but they still installed it knowing it needed to be replaced. After that, it was a terrible experience getting them back to my house to uninstall and replace... They went to the wrong address twice even after I confirmed the correct address and on my paperwork is the correct address then told me that they would have to reschedule. After that, I called BBY customer support and one of the techs said the easiest way to resolve this was to take it down myself then exchange and schedule and install... I was very angry so I went into a store and complained the manager at the store went out of his way to make the situation right. If it wasn't for that manager this would be a one-star but he definitely took care of me and even followed up to make sure it was to my liking.
