Great product, very useful, perfect for peace if mind

This product does not provide the services it promises. The monitor only goes off when the sock is not placed on properly. It doesn’t not measure the oxygen levels accurately. Save your money. Look into a different brand even if it’s more expansive!

Have had this sock for a little over a year, and use it on my son who has breathing issues. It stopped sensing any levels on my son, and seemed like the sensor was bad. Contacted owlet customer support and after a few weeks of going back and forth and jumping through hoops they notified my wife that we were out of warranty. If we wanted to purchase a new sensor we could. It is almost 150 bucks for just a sensor. The fact that they could not offer even a slight discount after all of the pictures we had to take of it on my son with the sock on and test we had to run, and the extremely slow respones baffles me. Poor quality and poor customer support dont waste your money

The original owlet worked much better, this one has false alarms quite often.

Works great. My daughter was born with breathing issues and got this to monitor her oxygen level. Wouldn’t go a night without it. It gives me a peace in mind.

This has been great for peace of mind. My baby had RSV and we would worried about her breathing. Having this allowed me to sleep at night!

The connection between the sock and the hub was questionable at best. Directions were followed but constantly get errors in ready babies vitals.

I wanted to love this sock. I purchased this and immediately returned it. You will pay $300 for it not send you ANY notifications “baby is in active sleep.” “Baby is awake” it does measure heart rate, but sends you absolutely no notifications. For me, there was no peace of mind.

Good item, but if not secured properly it wakes you up with a loud noise to correct.

I was so excited to pick up this replacement sock for my child. The other one burned out that morning and I was thrilled that I was able to pick up at Best Buy within an hour. That thrill did not last. The initial setup went smoothly until the base refused to recognize the sock. After 6 hours, two rounds of owl chat support and three phone calls (each lasting over a half hour)- they determined this product is defective and will not be able to display the O2 or heart rate as it is supposed to. This was truly disappointing since it was a 300 dollar item and it was useless. They said that the Dream sock plus has less problems with glitches. We are trying that instead

It works great and gives us a lot of peace of mind! This is definitely an upgrade from the first one we had.

We are first time parents and thought this would help but the obnoxious notifications where the phone and charger would go off didn't make the restless nights better. Also our son was too small and squirmy for it.

New version has less features then the outgoing model, the sock is way too big for anything under 9-10lb baby. The pairing process is way to hard for this expensive of a product. My wife and I are not impressed and will likley be going back.

Great product. Everything was clear and alerted when we needed.

Returned it. Doesn’t monitor much. Impossible to fit correctly. We had the smart sock for our first child and it was so much better. Absolutely not worth the money.

Eh not that great return didn’t end of using doent read correctly

Wouldn’t let me check anything on my child. I might for got a bad one or maybe I didn’t know how to exactly set it up.

It stopped connecting to wifi after like 4 months and can’t get it to work now disappointing! For the price I expected it to last longer
