This is my new home theater demo disc. Incredible visuals and sound. Truly a must see movie for any fan of the genre. Not the greatest story or acting, but what a feast for the senses. Sets a new standard for CGI!

Always loved this movie. Grew up on giant monster like godzila movies and this is the best in decades. The 4k hdr on this movie is breathtaking. Wow! This has got to be one of the best 4k blu-ray's out there. You won't be disappointed.

This is a great movie to show off your system. The video is great quality but the sound is the bread and butter here. Crank it up and impress your visitors the bass in this movie is loud. Overall a great buy 4 discs plus digital copy cant beat it.

This was a fun movie to watch!   I actually cared about the characters, the fight scenes and special effects were awesome, and there was a bit of humor too.  In the middle of the credits there is another scene so don't just skip over the credits. 

Pacific Rim is a blockbuster film complete with action sequences that would make any other film-maker jealous. The battle sequences are amazing. This unique film is highly recommended and is certain to leave an impact on all viewers. Great fun!

Giant aliens (kaiju) from the ocean are out from another dimension to destroy the earth so man creates giant robots (jaeger) to fight them piloted by two people. The jaeger are very cool and this turned out to be a movie I liked a lot.

If you watched this movie in 2D only, I'd recommend to watch this movie once again in 3D, you won't be disappointed as the 3D effects and the depth of scenes are all well presented in this film. One of my best 3D films in 2013

A super Saturday matinee popcorn movie. The special effects were believable and the story moved along pretty well. In order to be a good show for me I prefer a happy ending which this film had. If one likes cars and mechanical things, you should like this show.

The film is amazing. I am a huge fan of Del Toro and this film of his is just Epic. In 3D the film looks and sounds amazing. The grand scale of the robots, outstanding- they look 100% real. A real treat.

When this movie came out in theaters I had no intention of seeing it. After I saw it a few days ago it surprised me of it being a pretty good movie. It wasn't as action packed as others had hyped it up to have been but it was good otherwise.

This is one of the best 3D movies I've seen. The use of 3D is throughout the film, not just in a couple of places like most of the so-called 3D movies. Interesting story and filled with action!

First, if you're going to buy this and if you also own a 3D TV, do yourself a favor and buy the 3D version! Action scenes are phenomenal, the 3D has great depth, and the sound is also incredible!

get it for the great special effects. don't expect a truly 100% fleshed out story. edris elba is a great under exposed actor. thankfully they didn't go the typical hollywood route and cast sam jackson! got it for a song on black friday.

I personally really enjoyed this movie. Visuals and audio are awesome. The story isn't the best or the worst. Just a fun movie! I got this on sale for a great price around black friday.

This was a fun action movie with a good story incorporated in it! A great ensemble also made the film great. The two-plus hours flew by as a result. Highly recommended!

Guillermo del Toro is an amazing director and this movie of his proves yet again that he has an amazing sense of fun and adventure with his movies. If you grew up in the late 80s or early 90s you owe yourself to see this!

Great action popcorn flick you have to watch on blu ray to fully appreciate. Only draw back is lack of proper character development that is vastly out weighed by the amazing over the top action. All in all a good buy.

If you wanna kill a couple of hours and be entertained, then this movie is for you. Its def. not as good as Hellboy or Pans Labyrinth, but still decent enough to watch. Great special effects, great picture quality.

I was surprised at how well the movie created a very well crafted back story. The actors did a great job and the special effects were great. Overall I was very impressed.

Godzilla-like violence and just amazing special effects. Enjoyed almost all aspects though the scientists were a bit goofy. Suspend your disbelief and just enjoy it.
