Pacific Rim is a solid action film with a few great fighting scenes. There was nothing too spectacular outside of the mech/monster fights as it all felt telegraphed and played out in every B action movie.

great movie, 4k is nice. it is good movie watch it with your kids.

Horrible experience ordering SKU 1770064 which should be for the BD+DVD+UV, at least that's what the receipts say. I only ordered this from Best Buy because it was on sale and I had a gift card. When I picked up today I opened up the box in my car and the UV card was missing to redeem the digital copy. Weird, so I go back to ask the store what happened. They don't know, but said I can exchange it for another copy in stock. There was one more copy. So I exchange and the SKU an UPC are identical. Open this one up and it had UV card but no DVD. Go back inside to deal with customer service. What I wanted was to take the BD/DVD combo and just take the card with it to get what I paid for. They wouldn't let me since they already marked it as returned. Even though the SKU and UPC are IDENTICAL they wouldn't budge. I know it wasn't any person at the stores fault but the manager wouldn't do anything to compensate me either. When Amazon does this, sending me a disc missing the digital copy, I get a refund and keep the movie. I tried calling to online support and they hung up on my after being on hold for 30+ minutes. Overall this is a reason Best Buy is failing and why I would never order anything from them unless I get a gift card.

When I purchased this movie, it was advertised as being a combo pack including a digital copy. What was shipped to me did not include a digital copy - just the Blu-Ray and DVD. While the movie itself is excellent, I did NOT get what I paid for and will be seeking either a refund or an exchange.

I wish I could give zero stars because I never got my copy. I got someone else’s movie so I had to go back to nearest store and do a return on the one I didn’t even receive.

Del Toro is capable of so much more than this. The acting is atrocious, the characters have a range from cardboard to very irritating. Don't waste your time.

love the movie but the item did not include the digital copy. very disappointed

This movie was extremely boring for me. I can't bear to watch it again.
