Worth seeing. Entertaining movie with only a little cheese factor. Some of the acting is a little cliched and wooden, but for this genre, not bad. With the premise, you keep expecting the movie to get bad pretty quickly (like those Sci-Fi channel movies), but it doesn't. Good movie to watch with the kids (tweens and teens).

As a fan of Japanimation. I was very entertained by Pacific Ram, but if I wasn't a borderline Otaku. I would have enjoyed this movie. I mean come on who doesn't love Giant Mechs battling Alien Monsters. And if that doesn't entice you. All I can say is Guillermo del Toro

This movie is always great fun. And with the HDR and Dolby Atmos, it makes it even better! This movie has one of the best Atmos track I have ever heard, it fully fills the room and creates an appropriate environment for the scene.

I didn't get a chance to see this movie in the theater so when I saw this 3d version on sale I went for it. This is basically a live action anime. It's fun and visually entertaining. The 3d works very well. I did not regret my purchase.

I love the idea of humans fighting giant monsters in robots. However, all the side stuff they put in with the scientists and the black market seemed to take way too much development time for badly written characters. They should've stayed more on the robots fighting monsters side of the story and had longer battles.

Whatever you think about the movie, this is a great example of what 4k should be. Even though it was upscaled to 4k and not shot natively in it, it's still amazing looking and it's awesome to use to show off to your friends and family that new expensive 4k movie you just bought.

This is the best demo worthy 4k UHD Blu-ray money can buy. The best experience for HDR and Dolby Atmos soundtrack. If you have a amazing home theater setup, this is the showoff disc you have been waiting for. Oh by the way, Great, Fun movie too!

I know this movie has mixed reviews but if you like a different story with incredible graphics and special effect I think you will enjoy this movie. I had watched it several times but wanted to watch it in 3D and it was incredible in 3D.

I remember watching the first trailer for this movie and thinking it didn't have a chance in the world, and I'm glad I was wrong. This had a lot more going for it than other big "action, explosions and cheesy lines" movies like the Transformers franchise, and I can't wait for the sequel.

I loved this movie. Once you applied a suspension of disbelief and accepted it for what it was, the movie itself was great. The characters, whle a trifle two dimensional at times, were good. The story line was interesting and engrossing. The action scens were amazing.

This movie really shocked me with how easy it is to willingly suspend disbelief. Playing this with my surround system on my LG OLED makes for one of the best demo movies since Transformers. The opening sequence just makes people's jaw drop.

God Bless Guillermo del Toro, the guy is a revolutionary screenwriter and director. This is a "kaiju" film done right! If you've ever wondered how a giant robot vs monster would play out, this takes the cake. Here's to hoping for a sequel.

The movie was great in theaters, really captured the scope of the giant robots and beasts. Still good on the small screen do to the interesting characters and story. This bluray is worth buying especially for the fairly cheap price.

They say not to judge a book by its cover, but Pacific Rim delivers exactly what it promises - giant, human-controlled robots facing off with giant monsters from the deep. The plot is straightforward, the characters are rather one-dimensional, but the CGI is excellent and the movie is highly entertaining to watch.

I watched this movie at the theater when it first came out. I thought my young boys would enjoy watching it so I bought it. They really like the giant robot "Jaegers" and the giant monster "Kaiju." Very entertaining. Although I have a feeling that boys would enjoy this movie more than girls. I have 3 boys.

The makers of this movie had to know 4K was coming out soon, because this movie was made for it. Vivid colors, super clear images, and awesome sound. Nothing makes for a great night than watching giant monsters battle giant robots in 4K!

The product was in the right location and the customer service was excellent.I was happy that I was giving the right directions to the specific area to buy what I wanted.

Its a great monster movie. Bringing back times of Kaiju attacking humans. The dialogue isnt the greatest and some of the actors seem out of place but its still a great robot vs monster movie. i would recommend seeing this if you love monster movies.

The picture and sound are amazing on this 4K disc. The movie itself is well done and a lot of fun. Unfortunately, this edition does not include all the bonus features of the 2nd disc in the original blu-ray release.

While the virus has me in boredom, I saw this playing at Best Buy on a oled screen and was astonished. Looks great with the visuals, storyline is not too bad. Worth watching when cabin fever is creeping in... 3.5 out of 5 stars
