This is an excellent movie. The effects are outstanding and the 3D is excellent. If you are a fan of this great effect action movies and 3D, I would highly recommend.

This hits all the right beats. Stunning picture and audio. The movie picks you up when it starts and throws you down when it's done. I would describe it as an assault on the senses.

Pacific Rim is everything that we expect out of our 4k machines and immersive sound. Turn the lights down low and warn the neighbors that things will get loud - must have for any 4k collection.

Trying to utilize the 3D capability of our TV. Since it is hard to find stream movie content in 3D, a blu-ray 3D seems the only option. I like the movie and the 3D effect is nice.

This is a movie i'd compare to LOTR, or Braveheart, in that it gets your heart racing, your mind thinking, and your desire to go out and DO something go through the roof!

I don't know why I didn't see this in theaters but I have a 65 4k tv and it looks amazing! With the surround sound system I have it felt like I was in the movie. Pretty cool movie right here!

great movie. my son watched this with us when we rented it. he liked it touch he put it on his x-mas list for us to get.him. well we got it and he had to watch it right away. the robots reminded him of transformers.

This movie is about one thing - giant robots fighting out of this world monsters. Don't expect anything too deep - just sit back, relax, and enjoy. Also, soundtrack is excellent.

Whether you like this kind of movie or not, the picture quality, when seen on a Ultra HD TV is easily noticed. Better blacks, no banding in open sky scenes and definitely more vivid colors.

Look soooo much better with a full blown 4k setup great movie to have in library. Need more visual 4k movies to be available. Still not a great selection. but this is one of the better ones

If you're looking for a plot or meaningful dialogue, look elsewhere. This movie is full of 80's cliches and stereotypes. Needless to say it's AWESOME! It's a great popcorn flick for a night of mindless enjoyment.

The Movie, is one of the year best effect movies. Though acting was a bit weak the plot and effects made it a great attraction. I watched with my kids and they were very impressed with the effects and liked the idea of defending your loved ones to the end

I can not believe this movie did not get the publicity like it should. It is a great movie with cool battle scenes. It is not boring but story builds up for the big finale. I will take this movie over Transformer.
