I have to be honest, we're sci-fi geeks and so this movie was a perfect fit for us. It is a throwback to the Japanese monster movies of yesteryear, but a good flick nonetheless.

Characters and storyline really come together in this exciting film. 4k with HDR and Dolby Atmos makes for terrific home theater experience.

Acting is not this films strong suit. Or plot. Or anyone acting in a way that any real, rational person would. The only strong suits are the giant strong suits that punch monsters! And those are pretty rad.

Saw this movie in Imax and it was great so I bought it on blu ray and now 4k. All you need to know is Giant robots fighting giant monsters = awesomeness

Best Buy had the lowest price on this 4k, even lower than any selling on Ebay. The 4k version sparkles with clarity far and above the blu ray. Enjoy!

The movie was great. The action in the movie was very good, the story was good, the bluray came with a lot of extras...digital copy,dvd,brdvd,ultraviolet, and in movie extras

I didn't know what to expect from this movie as I had heard it was more Godzilla than anything else. It turned out to be quite good. The special effects were made for Blu Ray and I know I'll enjoy watching it again.

The Pacific Rim 4K UHD Blu Ray is must see for all action sci fi fans. Watched it on a LG OLED; the clarity and sound was second to none.

I'm a fan of this style movie so I may be partially biased. Story line and battle scenes are great! Few small places that the acting is sub par however overall worth the money for a good movie night.

HDR does this movie wonders. The blacks are so deep and the string of colors across this film make it look like another dimension. Definitely worth the buy.

I usually don't like giant fighting robots other than Transformers, but this was a big surprise to me. Really good movie and the 3d was nice. rkbj

This was a cool movie that reminded me of transformers. People control giant machines and do battle with aliens equally giant. I would highly recommend this movie to anyone.

If you have a 4k bluray player, this movie is a must. Gorgeous colors, excellent effects, and a super fun movie with a surprisingly well done plot.

This movie has a solid plot with visually astounding aliens and special effects. This movie should always be appreciated with the blu-ray version due to the astonishingly detailed scenes. Very enjoyable movie.

Another Monster Movie? No way!! Though it is a popcorn flick, its a great one with the best color pallet and sound ever. If you ate a HT enthusiast, this is a must have!!!

I love this movie because I love monsters vs robots. The price was right to upgrade to 4K and this movie is one that's worth upgrading.
