If you are looking for an Oscar winner this is not it. If you are looking for classic sci-fi robot vs. giant monster action then don't pass it up.

This is a must have for a new home theater. The movies is okay, but the visuals and surround sound mix is excellent.

This is a great science fiction movie. Idris Elba is an under rated star that does very well in every role he has. This is very much worth the price.

This movie is just a popcorn movie, the story is not great, the acting is so-so, the special effects are reasonably well done, and the 3D effect earns a passing grade. The only reason I purchased this is because I had read several reviews which stated this film has a very good audio track. I bought this to see how it would sound in my home theater. This Blu-ray features a seven channel DTS HD master audio track, and also has a considerable amount of low frequency content that will give your subwoofers a workout.

If you want a UHD Bluray that pops off the screen with vivid HDR then this movie is worth a purchase just disregard the storyline.

I only buy movies I like. This was one of them. There was plenty of action and imagination. Blue ray not only looks good it sounds better too.

What could be better--giant robots and monsters fighting together? It is a classic and is well done. A sequel is in works so get the movie so you know the story.

This is the much better of the 2 Pacific Rim movies. However, both are on equal footing for their 4k and Atmos.

I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. Great to see giant robots stomping aliens. The special effects are worth watching alone. Story is decent but the focus is the fighting as it should be!

Pacific Rim is a packed action movie with a great plot that will keep you at the edge od your seat. You will enjoy the movie regardless of your age!
