The picture and sound are amazing on this 4K disc. The movie itself is well done and a lot of fun. Unfortunately, this edition does not include all the bonus features of the 2nd disc in the original blu-ray release.

Double dipped on this title (reluctantly) but shortly after viewing the 4K disc I realized it was worth it. Totally blows away the blu ray version of this film. And the Atmos is a definite upgrade in audio (if you are set up for that).

I went into this film not expecting much, but I was greatly surprised! This film is awesome. There is just enough character development and story to balance out the high budget special effects. The 3D is done really well and with fantastic quality!

The special effects are second to none. Simply amazing. This movie could have been great, but the plot/ acting leaves much to be desired.unfortunately the end product did not live up to the hype and overall high expectations people believed in this movie.

Del Toro is a dreamer. He's a visionary. If you give him a pile of money to make enormous robots fight enormous monsters at the end of civilization, he will work to make Pacific Rim a movie that makes you feel all the enormousness

This is THE movie to use to show off your 4K tv to friends!!! Lol. It looks BEAUTIFUL, especially if u tweak all your settings the right way. I own almost 100 4K movies now and this one is hands down the best looking.

OK sci fi movie. I was entertained but had to watch it in a dark room to be able to see half of what was going on. Its very dark and its difficult to see what's going on at times. If you're looking for a Transformers level movie you will be dissapointed. If you take it for what it is you will enjoy it.

If you like monster and action movies, with a little bit of robots mixed in, you will no doubt like this. There are a lot of special effects. The story (ideas) seem to be taken from Japanese/Anime stories. The plot is so so, as is the acting. Overall, a good "sit back and watch the action" movie.

I recently bought a 4k Tv and player set up and I've been buying movies that show off the format. This movie was absolutely necessary! After seeing it in 4K it was totally worth the purchase. Bonus: great movie as well!!

While the virus has me in boredom, I saw this playing at Best Buy on a oled screen and was astonished. Looks great with the visuals, storyline is not too bad. Worth watching when cabin fever is creeping in... 3.5 out of 5 stars

This movie is a must for Sci-Fi, anime, Godzilla and Mecha Robot enthusiast. Non stop action from the very beginning. I didn't see this movie a the theaters and I am regretting I didn't. Can't wait to see the sequel that is currently in the works!

When I first saw the previews for the movie I thought it looked a bit cheesy but my youngest son saw it in the theater and liked it. So when it came out on dvd I mainly bought it for him but watched it with my family and was really entertained!! If you like action movies its definitely worth a view.

The scenes with the robots fighting the alien monsters are awesome. There are tons of bonus features that explore how these robots and creatures were designed. The plot and acting aren't the best but Del Torro's visuals are top notch. I got more enjoyment out of the features than the movie itself.

The product was in the right location and the customer service was excellent.I was happy that I was giving the right directions to the specific area to buy what I wanted.

The movie is great, with regular and memorable actions sequences, excellent effects, and a decent story. The DVD itself comes with all the special features you come to expect from big budget movies, so you definitely get the value you expect.

Huge fan of this movie, obviously. Combines a great mixture of sci fi and fantasy while also being somewhat realistic especially for that little kid inside you. Visually great and a variety of entertaining actors.

This was a movie I was very iffy on before seeing but glad I saw it. If you are into the whole world being destroyed by huge monsters and humanity fighting back, then you will love it. The 3D was extremely well done in this movie and looked better than most of the other 3D movies I have seen.

The movie was fantastic! I'm really excited for the sequel now. My little boy, age 7, loves robots and monsters, and this was the best of both worlds. Picture and sound were great. Can't go wrong with this movie!

Was told by an Best Buy employee this was a great movie to watch in 3D. Took his advice and sure was. I enjoyed right from the start lots of 3D effects. Looked like a bit of Transformers, Godzilla, King Kong and Real Steal all in one. Great movie.

I just purchased an OLED LG TV and decided that I can't watch just cable TV on it. So i got a 4k player and bought this movie, which was filmed in 4k. It was incredible to see the vibrant colors and crisp picture.
