This was such a great movie. It was under appreciated when it came out. The Blu Ray is impressive and the disc is packed with special features. The world of Pacific Rim is fully realized and intriguing. Go get this movie.

I love robots (robot jox, to age myself). The story arc follows in the steps of godzilla, then add humans piloting robots to fight monsters. DONE! My kids all really enjoy watching the battles from this movie, and so do I. Always blu ray if you own an HDTV.

This movie is a great summer action flick with mind blowing visuals, especially if you get the HDR 4k version. Definitely some writing tropes but if you get passed them it's the perfect popcorn flick.

This is one of those films that justifies the extra dough for Blu-ray. The colossal robots and monsters look and sound impressive. I am a big Guillermo del Toro fan and while the plot is kind of "by the books" the cast of characters is pretty entertaining as well.

If you love giant robots and giant monsters then this is the movie for you. Taking queues from japanese classics like Godzilla, Evangalion, and other Anime classics Pacific Rim provides an amazing action ride.

I didn't know much of anything going into this movie, but I'm glad I have it a shot. This was a lot of fun and really sounds nice on a good speaker set up. Highly recommended if you like monsters, robots, and mayhem.

While the storyline and movie in general was just okay. The blu-ray transfer made up for it in the visual area and especially with the multi-channel mix. Definitely will test your home theater sub!

I've seen this movie multiple times on TV but this was the first time to watch it mastered on disc...WOW the action sequences are so much better, go pick it up for under $10 and don't be disappointed.

This is an excellent movie. The effects are outstanding and the 3D is excellent. If you are a fan of this great effect action movies and 3D, I would highly recommend.

This was a good movie, entertaining, and kept my attention. The special effects are good, but it definitely had a Transformers feel throughout, so I couldn't really get past that, but I still enjoy it enough to own and have watched it more than once already.

The best 4K transfer you can have in your collection. This movie is demon material for sure, and it's a great sci-fi film to boot. Colors, visuals, depth...it has it all. Pick this UHD up for sure!

This was a great special effects movie. The acting was not that great but I liked it enough to buy it on bluray. When I saw the 3D version on sale for $9.99 I had to pick it up. Great one to have in your 3D movie collection.

Enjoyable monster movie if you like that sort of thing. Stunning visuals and special effects. Not an Oscar Winner, but something to enjoy with a bowl of popcorn.

this movie did not get the credit it deserved. the special effects were really cool, and plot was good. definitely worth watching, a good pick for your video library. Only problem was that the ending is a bit lacking.

people give this movie a hard time but it is what it is. it is a fun movie. nobody watches a Godzilla movie and hopes it wins an Oscar. if you like an entertaining movie with some good action then don't miss this one.

When Pacific Rim first came out in theaters, I heard how bad it was and that it wasn't worth seeing. I went anyway and fell in love with this movie. Monsters VS Robots... What more do you need?

Great movie. Bought this for my husband. I had no intention of watching it.... didnt think I would like it. Turns out, I love it. If you ever want to show off what a great TV System you have, this is the movie to play

If you or your kids love robots, monsters, or both, this is the best so far in the last 5 years in my humble opinion. Good story, no swear words, and awesome fight sequences.

If you missed the sale then wait for a drop to $15/$10. It’s a shame it doesn’t include the 3d version. You would have to buy that separately but it’s soo good you should complement 4k with the 3d version, quality is worth it.

I heard this movie wasn't very good, but I gave it a shot anyway. I wasn't disappointed. I loved everything about it. Sure, some things were pretty fantastical, but that's what makes a movie great.
