Another great action movie for 9.99 at best buy all blu ray with dvd and digital and cover on them very nice

I get these movies mostly for my son who loves giant monster and giant robot movies. The first was developed better. This one lacked polished storytelling and action sequences in comparison.

Picking up 10 years after the end of the original feature, Pacific Rim: Uprising introduces some new players and a whole new war in the making. Jake Pentecost, son of sacrificial war hero Stacker Pentecost, lives his life on the shady side until his adopted sister, Mako, drags him back into the world defense force to train a new generation of Jaeger pilots, and soon finds himself facing a whole new war with the monstrous Kaiju and their masters, the "Precursors," due to a critical betrayal. While the identity of the traitor doesn't remain secret for too long, and while the movie veers somewhat dangerously into Transformers rock-'em-sock-'em territory, it's still a good way to spend some time off for a day, a nice popcorn flick. The Best Buy exclusive package makes it easy to get whatever you want from it, be it the 4K version, the 3D version (which looks pretty good on a home system, actually), or the regular Blu-ray version; here you get them all for one price. Worth getting if you saw the original, or even if you like straight-up action movies in general.

HDR, 4k and Atmos are completely unimpressive. Would excuse this if the film was good. Very disappointed in the entire film. Save your money, and if you need to buy this, rent it for a day.

Not a bad movie, big dumb fun, as they say. Emphasis on fun, and adding the 3rd dimension, even more so.

Absolutely great movie. Loved the first Pacific Rim too. Both are great movies to watch in 4k quality.

The first pacfic rim was solid, a hidden gem. This movie doesnt capture that same fire in a bottle. Its not bad, but its bogged down by bad writing, and the ending and twist reveal is a travesty

Don't let the ending of the first one fool you, the monsters are back, just not the way you think!

I love GDT movies! He has the best vision in the game. Love the tech and alien storyline. Must buy.
